They were on time and very quick in getting their work done. They provided options since cleaning all windows and doors would have cost me extra. At the end, all the windows and screens were very clean.

They did a very good job. They are going to come back in the spring to powerwash the siding and my deck. They were very professional. We liked the product that they used. The windows have seemed to stay clean. They also cleaned the window sills, inside and out.

Requests regarding care in placing ladders and in standing on certain surfaces listened to carefully and performed as requested. Cleaned up meticulously; no complaints from neighbors. Pleasant crew.

Fantastic experience and the best window cleaning I have ever had! The crew who came to our house were prompt, efficient and polite and I knew then and there that this company was a keeper! Their straight forward approach to pricing the window cleaning job made it easy to make a decision and I'm so glad I had them come. I will definitely schedule window cleaning with them again!

The idea of having our windows professionally tinted with window film (on the inside) was presented to us via a brochure I received in the mail from Russell Williams Window Cleaning. Having used them before for window cleaning (with great results, I might add), I called and arranged for an appointment to receive an estimate. David arrived promptly at the appointed time, samples of the window film in hand so that I could see exactly what the product would do for our windows. He applied sample pieces of two different shades of tint so I could choose the best for our situation. He also explained the installation process completely. He measured and estimated each of our windows so I was able to make a decision on how many windows I wanted to tint with the film. (I choose to do all of our windows) No money down was required and an appointment was set for the later in the week. David and Nate arrived promptly and got right to work. About six hours later our windows were beautifully tinted and look fantastic! The application process was expertly done and I couldn't be happier! AND....they even cleaned the outside of several of my windows at no charge! That made me smile and saved me some work. Both David and Nate were personable and professional and I sure appreciated their promptness. I couldn't be happier with the results!

This should be clear from above. But Russel Williams did send an estimator the same day I called them, and the price they quoted was consistent with the price charged. The workmen showed up when they were supposed to. In fact, something happened that was extraordinary in my experience. They were caught in traffic and thought they might be up to 15 minutes late and called to tell me that. In fact, they made it on time. But many of the workmen who come here come 15 minutes or even half an hour late and don't let me know.

They were very good. They were helpful, gave suggestions, and I found them to be altogether competent. They did a good job.

I have a housecleaning service that does some screens and inside windows each time they come, so I did not expect the extra service from Nate and David. Their cost was less than I have paid in the past for window cleaning, and the service was superior. I appreciated that the charge and estimate were the same. I will use this company again next spring.

I had a special price coupon I'd purchased through Angie's List. There was no problem setting up an appointment, the crew arrived exactly on time and were very friendly and professional, and the windows were beautifully cleaned in about 45 minutes. I would definitely use them again.

In general they did an OK job. I didn't give them an A for a few of reasons: they first arrived a couple of hours earlier than the appointment; secondly, when they cleaned 5 high level windows, they didn't clean the sips; lastly, some windows aren't very clean.

I wanted service within a few days of my call...The office found an opening available for the very next day! Team was scheduled to arrive at 1:30 p.m...They arrived at 11:30 a.m., and had my work completed shortly after 1:30! The windows had not been cleaned for several years..But this was no problem, as they now look like new. (I have to look twice to even see there is glass!) Matt & Jay were friendly, courteous, responsive, and worked diligently the entire time. With a plan, proper tools and equipment they accomplished in two hours what I'm sure would have taken me a couple of days. I'll never put off cleaning windows or lights again...This was a real value and huge time-saver. (And I was able to use my coupon from Angie's website!) Matt also checked with the office to answer some questions I had regarding a possible future project. And Jay found an ant's nest in a window frame and brought it to my attention, which I was immediately able to spray, to eliminate the problem. I will not hesitate to call Russel Williams Window Cleaning/Home Services again, and can willingly refer them to friends. I certainly will use them in the future! (P.S. They also have a nice website that tells more about their company and services.) (My only suggestion for improvement would be...if you are so prompt that you come 2 hours early, be sure to call!...I almost missed them, as I was getting ready to leave on errands two hours before the appointment. But what a great problem to have...running ahead of schedule! I was able to get my errands done early afternoon.)

They have always done an excellent job. The windows are amazingly clean. The workers are so friendly and accomodating!

The windows look good. They were very professional. The work was very satisfactory and quick. There was miss communication regarding the schedule, so they arrived an hour after I expected them. However, they made up for it with their service.

They arrived on time and made contact. The walked around the home and came up with a game plan. They then proceeded to thoroughly clean the windows in less than an hour. The windows were cleaned without streaks and there was no mess left. Both employees were courteous and friendly.

I purchased the Big Deal and it was advertised as a " whole house" window washing service for both inside and outside. When they arrived at my home they counted the number of windows and gave me a cost significantly above the price of the Big Deal. I have double hung windows. What I thought was one window, they counted it as two windows. Their promotion was very miss leading. I only got about half of my windows cleaned. The two people who washed the window did a good job and were nice and courteous. I was not happy

We used the Angie's list big deal coupon and then had some additional windows cleaned. The guys that were sent out did a great job! They called to ask if they could come a little early as another job had canceled. They were very fast and did great work. After I paid them, they were outside putting their stuff away and one of them must have noticed a small smudge on one of the windows. He went back to his truck and grabbed what he needed to clean up this small smudge. They clearly cared about the quality of their work. Very happy!

This was part of Angie's "Deals"... They priced it at 30 windows for 85$ seemed reasonable, but i had 54 windows to be washed. I was not allowed to combine coupons. Final price came to 198$. I tried to price it with collegepro and without Angie's deal and any coupons, I saw that the total came to 200$ and so did a couple of other washers.. so I am kinda miffed that inspite of it being a "deal", i still paid the full price. I am not sure if i would have gone with these guys if i knew it was going to cost me the same. Service was excellent. I wanted some lightblubs changed, they were more than willing and happy to do it. I was impressed with with the work and how fast they worked.I just could not afford any more money to tip them, I wish I could have. They were professional and did a great job.

They came at the promised time, and briskly and efficiently cleaned all of the windows -- including the ones I forgot to count. They did not mangle my garden, part of which was directly below a bank of five ground-floor windows. The crew leader was very pleasant. The windows look great now. I'm really pleased.

I spent $350 on that service, which included the cleaning of the windows inside and outside, the screens and the window sills. I have combination windows, so I had extra windows in each one and they had to disassemble each window, so it was a big job. They came on time and in fact a little early. . They were very pleasant and went about their business. They cleaned the windows one by one very methodically and I was very impressed with their work.

Everything was sparkling -- they did an excellent job. No streaks, missed spots, etc. They went way out of their way to clean and install a bunch of screens that we had sitting in the basement.
