They did an excellent job. They were speedy (job done in less than 1 hour), professional and friendly. They even brought their own water; I didn't have to turn my water back on. (shut off the water for the winter). I would use them again and would refer their services to others.

They were spectacular! Punctual, courteous, professional.

The Russell Williams crew did a fantastic job on our windows and light fixtures for a very reasonable price. We were getting our house ready to put on the market and appreciate the fine work they did, with great attention to detail. They even suggested taking the screens off the windows so that prospective buyers could see the newly clean windows and enjoy the view outside. They neatly stacked the screens in the garage after carefully labeling them with their proper location. If the house does not sell this fall, we will be asking Russell Williams to decorate the house for Christmas.

My only concern is I don't think the "big deal" being advertised is a big deal. I think that this is their standard pricing. When they quoted more lights, the pricing was the same. When questioned about it, they were pretty smooth and said that they were extending the promotional pricing to try and get my business for other things like window washing. Also, there is an upgrade for better lights. I liked the kid but I couldn't help feeling a little bait and switch. That being said, I will use them for the holiday lights in the future. I just don't feel like I got some special deal.

We walked around the house and talked about what windows we wanted done and there were a few I said I could do myself but they just did them anyways for no charge so that was really nice. They were very quick, they had it done in an hour. The windows still look good. They were just great, I was very happy with them. He gave me a list of other services that they provide. I was very comfortable working with them.

Showed up within the time window. Did a great job on both the inside and outside.

When they arrived Ryan explained what they would do and confirmed it all with.me. He then told me a window I told him not to clean could be included because of the number of windows we have fell into a certain number bracket and there would not be an additional cost. He explained that when he was cleaning the gutters he would remove the leaves because it was obvious that our yard already had a fall cleanup- free of leaves. I suggested to Ryan that he put the leaves in our yard waste bins which turned out well. The outside was done first then Ryan and John moved inside, taking their shoes off first thing. Ryan thanked us for moving all the furniture and nick nacks away from the windows. That helps them do their job without taking the time to move or worry about our stuff. We asked that the screens not be put back on after they were cleaned. Ryan asked where we wanted them placed and suggested putting the screens inside a trash bag to keep them clean until spring. So he did that wrapping a second bag around them and taping it together. Great idea ! John and Ryan were easy to work with and I would have them back again. I will definitely suggest this company to our family and friends.

Contacted RW for estimates on window cleaning and holiday decorating two weeks ago. Was asked for phone number and told that someone would be in touch. Never heard from them.

I called to schedule the appointment right after I bought the coupon. The appointment was for between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m. and they called about 9:00 to let us know they were on their way and would be here in 15 minutes, which they were. They did a good job, were effecient and polite.

Scott and Kyle were prompt and very pleasant to deal with. They did a good stop in a short time. They were professional and respectful. I will definitely use the services of this company again.

They came out yesterday and cleaned the windows on our house. It turned out wonderful. The windows are very clean and the workers were very polite and professional. I would recommend them to others as well as use them again in the future.

The guys that came were great. The called ahead, arrived on time, and did a fantastic job. We had a complicated lower-deck door with lots of dirt between the non-sliding portion of the doors. They figured out how to get the doors open, and cleaned all six panes, inside and out. That, plus a few extra panes, and taxes added the 30 bucks that brought the total to $95. The guys that cleaned the windows were careful, professional, and friendly. We will definitely be using them again!

From initial contact to final payment, working with Russell Willaims was a great experience. Terms and conditions were clear up front, including a small trip charge because our home is a significant distance from the metro area. When the scheduler realized that a crew would be performing services in a nearby suburb on a day different from our scheduled service, she called and offered to eliminate the trip charge if we were willing to reschedule to the day the team was in the area. Though we were unable to be home when the crew arrived, we agreed to the schedule change. When we arrived home on the day of the service, the two technicians were nearly finished cleaning the outside windows and screens. Since we had not been home to give specific instructions, the crew had cleaned some windows that we had not intended to have cleaned (an unfinished, above-the-garage space). Though these windows are tall and required some effort to reach and clean, we were not charged for them. The two technicians were professional, careful, respectful of our home and more than tolerant of our two overly friendly and curious dogs. The windows look wonderful. We've never achieved such a good result doing them ourselves. We'll be having Russell Williams back in the spring and will attempt to get some neighbors on board as well.

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT FROM START TO FINISH! I set an appointment, they confirmed it the day before and performed cleaned all the windows in my two story townhome inside and out. The did a surburb job--including cleaning the screens and the window ledges. I could not ask for a more professional job at such a reasonable cost. Without a doubt will use them again!!

Some small communication problems with voice mail but when I made a follow-up call. They did the work on time and in budget. The work went quickly and staff was friendly. I used the coupon and the billing was no problem. I just paid for the sales tax. I definitely will use them again.

They did the job really well. My windows were dirty from a cottonwood tree that had the sap on them and they got all of that off. It took extra time for them but they charged me what the estimate was. They did a really good job. I would use them again in the future.

We purchased an Angie's Deal, and couldn't be happier with the results. The team was friendly, got clarity on the project, and let me know what to expect. I would highly recommend them, and we plan to call them first for our window cleaning needs in the future. They are the most affordable company I've found yet.

The window cleaners came in, counted the windows, filled their buckets and went to work after we agreed on the # of windows. We have a particularly tricky roof window that they cleaned perfectly - including removing the (very dirty) screen and taking it outside so as to not get leaves in the house. They were done in a little over 2 hours.

They were one of several services that wash windows and I liked the reports I read. The appt was made within a reasonable time and received a call shortly before they were to arrive telling me they were in the middle of a strong rain storm but would come as scheduled. It was still raining when they arrived but they thought they'd be able to do most of the windows from the inside. Both men dropped their shoes and covered their feet with "booties"....which was appreciated as my carpet is almost new. The rain subsided and they were able to complete the outside windows. We have a glass wall in entry way and that was included at no cost. Most of our windows face east so it is great to see the morning sunrise without looking thru streaked windows. . Definitely will call them again!!!

It was the Big Deal pricing. Everything they did was great. They just did a really good job.

They called to say they would be here earlier than scheduled. Jay was professional yet friendly. Two of them washed the windows and did a very good job. I would use them again.

They were wonderful. They even took out the screens to clean the windows. The men they sent were very careful and nice.

, I purchased Angie's Big Deal, 30 windows cleaned inside and out for $85, and was really looking forward to getting the work done. My windows were installed in 2001 and some had not been cleaned since then. I also smoke inside, especially in my home office where there are 3 sets of windows. I knew I wanted to get the cleaning done before winter because the windows seem so much dirtier in contrast to the clean white snow. Russel Williams was able to accommodate my scheduling needs completely. When I called, they were able to schedule within a week and at a time that was convenient for me. Two young men showed up on time and ready to work. They were courteous and friendly, taking their shoes off before they entered my home. They completed all 30 windows, plus 3 additional @ $4 each, in under 90 minutes, including removal of a nasty spider's nest between a screen and a window. And they cleaned the sills! I would definitely contact Russel Williams again for this task. It would have taken me all weekend and is well worth the money.

The overall experience was just OK. The person from Russell Williams had come to visit the house and given the estimates. When the cleaners came, they mentioned that they cannot take the paint or concerete or anything else out. The windows are tempered so Russell Williams will not use any tool to scrape anything out. The estimator should have seen this when he gave the estimate. When we tried to reach him and ask him, the estimator was not available. He was busy on his boat - fishing and wouldnt pick up his cell phone. Thouroughly unhappy with the window cleaning job. Nothing was removed. I am wondering why did we really hire them for (if they cant clean the windows right) Did a god job cleaning the swallow nests and power washing the Stucco So, in essence what I read from the response from Russel Williams is that the estimator can give estimates on the phone (doesnt need to come an visit the location) And if they visit the location, looking at the type of windows is not a part of the estimation process. Also, if the owner is on a vacation, who is second is command to answer customers' questions?
