I called to discuss the film prior to actually purchasing Angie's deal. Dave, who installs all of the film, discussed what I wanted, needed and my options. Scheduling the install was very easy. On time arrival. Dave showed me the film he thought would best fit my needs and offered to remove and replace it with another option if I wasn't satisfied. After covering one pane of glass, I stood first in front of a non-covered window, then stepped to the covered window. I could actually feel the change in temperature - it was amazing! Brian and Dave worked quickly and smoothly together. There was not one tiny shred of film or backing left on the carpet. With really no mention by them, I decided to have film applied to the walk-out doors as well. My home is on a wetland pond. As they worked on the windows, I we chatted and I mentioned something I needed done in the back yard. Dave and Brian just took care of it for me! It had nothing to do with windows and was certainly a surprise, which I gratefully accepted. This is easily the best experience I've had with any home improvement /service company. Competent, knowledgeable, congenial personnel. A great product. I can already feel the difference the window film makes in my home. A good investment and a company I would highly recommend to anyone

The guys from Russel Williams did a fabulous job of cleaning my windows. They cleaned the inside and outside of all my windows and even cleaned all the screens. The guys were very nice and very professional. I am extremely happy with the job they did and I will definately use them again and I'll also recommend them to everyone I know.

I chose this company based on Angie's LIst reviews. I purchased a discount coupon as well. I could not be happier with the work done, the price paid, or the young men who pleasantly and professionally did the work. My windows look amazing and Nathan and Jeremy were equally amazing. I plan to use Russel Wiliiams window cleaning from now on and hope that the same crew members are available to do the work! Fantastic!

Excellent job. I choose RW from Angie's list for two reasons 1) the number of positive reports received and 2) I could do an estimate for myself based on the tools provided on their website. I wasn't disappointed. They were able to schedule an appointment the next day; arrived on time; Nathan and Jeremy, were professional and courteous. They removed their shoes prior to coming into my home; they listened to my needs and concerns; and did an excellent job. They final price matched the estimated price. They guys provided the extra level of service by washing and cleaning stained glass hanging in one of the windows to be cleaned -- without charging an extra price. They just did it. Great service and price. Excellent employees.

Great experience. They were quick, friendly, and did a fantastic job. They were very experienced with windows and types of windows and how they are best cleaned etc. The difference is amazing. I will definitely be using them more than once a year. A plus all around!

They really did a very good job and their prices were reasonable. They were very careful with my landscaping. I have UV film on all the windows and there was another company that did the cleaning before and they actually scratched a few of them. They are $600 a window to replace just for the film, but Russel’s were really careful with that. They took their shoes off, they cleaned everything up, and so the windows were beautiful. They did the best job for me so far. They were really nice people and I went to their website and actually found that the two guys that started it were from Bethel College which is a local Christian college in the area, so I thought that’s a good sign. At least I had a better experience than the other companies that I had in the past. They were the nicest guys and the guy that came out was actually one of the owners and his name was David Russel.

I called Matt on 2/20/12 to arrange to have our windows cleaned as we were putting our house on the market in about 10 days. The house is in South Minneapolis and built in 1941. He was very friendly and was able to schedule us on the date we wanted. I just can't say enough about how wonderful a job they did. The windows hadn't been cleaned in a long time (well, never actually). They cleaned the inside and outside of all the windows as well as the storm windows and were meticulous with each one. They even cleaned all the sills before they left, and when they were done the difference was amazing. I just wish we had had this done years ago, and would (and will) use them again any time. Note: the price would have been much less had I not forgotten all about the storm windows and the porch. Even so, it was worth every penny!

The two men who came out for the initial installation were absolutely wonderful. My 8-year-old was really interested in their work and they couldn't have been more kind. The even allowed he and his neighbor friend do a lighting countdown as they finished near dusk. Unfortunately the amount of lighting that was part of the package price was not enough to complete the roof so two other employees came back a few days later to complete work After the holidays (near the end of January) their people came back and removed the lighting. We will now store it for next year.

I had all of my outside windows cleaned at my house. They did a good job and the price was right. I was satisfied with the quality of work they did on my windows.

The Company decorated the tree while we were out of town, hooked up the lighting, provided and set a timer. So when we returned, it was a wonderful surprised to see the work completed, in such a professional manner. The work far exceeded our expectations. Although the job was a little pricey, the price included EVERYTHING. They did ALL the work...showed us lights to choose from, sized the tree and bought the lights AND they will remove and store the lights so we are ready to go next year. You cannot go wrong with this outfit!

Got a great deal because it was an Angie's List daily deal. They showed up on time and did a great job.

They were always on time, were tru to the estimates and delivered what they promised. Sadly that has not been my experience with other holiday decorating companies. I will definitely use them again.

They were on time and did a great job

It went pretty well but they had to come back a second time. The owner himself came back and rewashed the windows he thought I was talking about. Ultimately it worked out very well.

David and Matt arrived on time and completed their work in a timely and friendly manner. I am delighted with the result - I can now open the blinds without worrying about the sun fading my furniture, and I like the reduced glare.

It was real windy here. We actually had a guy come around in the neighborhood just checking to see if all the lights were working fine. There were a couple of lights that had fallen due to the wind storm, and they are a 10 on a scale from 0 to 10. They are a nice organization. We didn’t even call them. They just came out and inspected and left.

They were excellent and on time. They did a good job.

Matt and his crew showed up promptly at 8:00 a.m, with the temperature in the teens, and got right to work climbing up ladders to wash the windows on the third and fourth floor. They quickly and efficiently cleaned all the exterior windows, including the windows with the take-apart screens under the storms. Matt sat down with me and walked me through the original estimate and how we had changed it. Matt also gave me some tips for cleaning the inside of the windows by myself. By the time they left, even the dog loved them. We will definitely use Russel Williams to clean our windows in the future. Thanks for a great job.

Fabulous job! Very nice crew, clearly proud of their work, as they should be. My house is sparkling! The house was repainted last spring and the power-washing really messed up the windows. Now they look great. The experience was good from the very beginning. I got an estimate the same day I emailed them, and it was easy to schedule the crew. They also called in advance to let me know they would be a little earlier than scheduled. Can't recommend them highly enough. P.S. That they could do what they did in 15-degree December weather is a tribute all by itself.

It went just fine. They were on time and pleasant. They were very clear about how they do things. They were clear about the ones they could not reach and why. They really knew what they were doing. The price was right.

Overall the project went very well. The two gentlemen that performed the job did an excellent job. They were a little early for the appointment (called ahead to ensure an earlier time would work), cleaned all windows and screens, and cleaned up the workspace completely. We used them in 2010 and would do so again in the future.

They did an okay job. I didn't realize that they were not going to clean the little places underneath the windows where the dirt accumulates. They did clean the windows and they did a good job on that. The price seemed reasonable. I would recommend inquiring further if someone wants more than just the windows done and check to see if there is an added charge. The quality was good for what they did. I might use them again but I would make sure they did some other things.

The work crew arrived slightly ahead of their scheduled time and completed all the work in about one hour. We live on a lake and have a lot of spider webs to deal with, and also some windows high above the ground, so this is a challenging widow-washing job. We were very satisfied with the results and thought the price was reasonable. We will hire them again.
