We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Russell Williams. Our HOA had arranged for another company to come and clean windows if the owners wanted, but despite two rounds of phone tag, we never even got as far as an estimate from the other company. So, we called Russell Williams instead after seeing good reviews on Angie's List. We were able to speak to someone on the phone on our first call and set up a cleaning a couple of weeks later. The guys from Russell Williams showed up right on time, and were extremely professional and efficient in their work. The windows look FANTASTIC, even after a rain storm a couple of days later. We are extremely happy with Russell Williams and will be recommending them to friends.

There was a little bit of mis-communication when they were coming but we worked through that and they were fine.

The team was incredibly professional and was meticulous in their work. For quality of work and the number of hours, the price was fair. I would definitely consider them for holiday lighting services and future cleaning.

I liked that they came when they said they would. They were very professional. My daughter requested not to do for her room. They honored the request and they did the others. The price was special since it was thorough Angie’s list. I can’t remember how much I paid for it, but it was lower than the normal rate, and it was a great price. I was really satisfied and I would use them again.

I contacted the company by phone and was able to schedule an appointment for 2 days later. Pricing was available on their website which I appreciated. The gentlemen who did the work were very professional and pointed out various things regarding the windows as they worked. They worked efficiently and did a great job with the cleaning. I hired this company in 2011 for gutter cleaning and was very satisfied, and I decided to hire them to clean my windows and screens after reading the many positive reviews on Angies List. Matthew and Daniel were prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. They removed their shoes while doing the interior work, and they were careful and tidy, placing protective cloths on my hardwood floors to catch any drippage. They clearly explained the process and the purpose of the cleaning tools they used. They were efficient, thorough, and did an incredible job. The price (which included the $15 coupon) was very reasonable. Overall, I was extremely satisfied.

When we bought the house the windows were very dirty. We cleaned the inside but we couldn’t do the outside. We set up the time and they came on time on the day that I wanted. They cleaned everything up to my specification. I have no complaints. They responded to my emails in a timely manner in January. Their rates were a little higher in January but they told me if I waited three months it would be a little cheaper. We paid $70 more than the Big Deal because we had many more windows than the Big Deal covered. Their price was good and their service was good.

They do a great job. If I am not happy about something, I call, and they come out to fix it, and make sure I am happy.

Were extremely prompt and courteous throughout the whole process. Set up appointment then they called when they were on the way over and called again when they finished. The windows looked great and would definitely would use them again!!

The work done was fantastic quality and efficient - I emailed on Sunday to schedule an appointment and they were able to come on Tuesday (just two days later). The crew was very friendly and easy to work with - we would certainly use them again in the future.

Excellent - they cleaned windows I thought no one would ever want to touch! We had a big project, as we haven't had our windows cleaned in 5 years, and we live in an area of new construction. They went above and beyond to ensure our windows were sparking. We will be having them back next spring!

I wanted service within a few days of my call, but discovered their springtime schedule was booked out about two weeks. Since I was extremely pleased with my previous experience, I asked to have my name added to their short waitlist...To my surprise, the office called the very next morning with a cancellation, and was able to squeeze me in that same day! Team was scheduled to arrive early afternoon, and called when they were delayed a bit at the previous job (where the homeowner decided they did such a great job on the outside of her windows, that she wanted them to clean the inside windows, as well.) They arrived at my home at 2:15 p.m., and had my work completed by about 4:30. The windows look great, and the skylights look like you could reach out and touch the trees...You have to look twice to even see there is glass! Nathan & Cory were friendly, but also worked diligently the entire time. This service was relatively inexpensive and saved me a great deal of time. (And, I was able to use their coupon from Angie's website!) I will not hesitate to call this service again, and can willingly refer them to friends. I certainly plan to use them in the future! (My only suggestion for improvement would be...provide a one-page handout to the homeowner, recapping all of the other services offered. For example, I later checked their website and discovered they also have added insect elimination.) This is my second experience using Russel Williams Window Cleaning...On a scale of 1 to 10, a solid 11!

They answered the phone promptly and set up an appointment for just a few days later. They arrived on time and did an excellentjob. The window washers themselves were very pleasant and thorough and professional. I will use them again!!!

They did a great job. There were some hard to reach windows and they also provided peace of mind by checking the gutters, which they would have cleaned for a nominal additional fee had they needed it. I will not hesitate to have them back next fall/spring.

Somehow I misplaced my Big Deal coupon until late in December 2011. When I called Russell Williams Window Cleaning, the person I talked to said that they would still honor the courpon (expiration date 1/4/12) . All I'd need to do was call them back mid- to late March and they would get it on their schedule. WOW!!! I've neve had cleaner windows! John and Mitch were a little late (but everyonme gets lost trying to find my home the first time). They called prior to the apoointment time (8:00 am) to let me know...which I really appreciated. Mitch and John were VERY thorough, professional and took the time to explain the process to me. I couln't have asked for a better team to clean the windows. I will definitely use Russell Williams again.

If you have never used a window cleaning company before and you are searching Angie's List for one, your search is over. This is "THE BEST" window cleaning company in the Twin Cities area. They have been cleaning my windows for years and my windows sparkle! They are on time, professional and will even come back and reclean your windows if you get spots due to dirty rain or snow which is what happened to me last year. The day after my cleaning we had a spring snowstorm. My beautiful, clean windows had spots all over them. I called Russel Williiams and they came back and recleaned my windows at no charge to me! That is great customer service. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

David and his crew arrived as scheduled. We had already discussed the needs for my towne home and he brought the appropriate film to apply to the windows. David is the owner and applies the tinting himself with an assistant. The application is tedious and the attention to detail exceeded any expectation. A new crew member was tasked to the exterior window cleaning. The exterior was also done nicely. The men were polite and efficient. I have used Russel Williams in the past and will continue to use and recommend this company. Regarding window tinting: The west facing windows while attractive allow oppressive heat from about 1pm on. Fading of floors,furniture and art work were also an issue. Blinds to the upper windows would obscure a beautiful view. My research to solve this issue brought me to window tinting. I should recoup my cost in about 2 1/2 years. I will also be checking to see if the application can be a write off on taxes for home improvement and energy savings. If so great. If not, the benefit is already evident. My home is more comfortable without expensive cumbersome blinds. I do not feel the heat of the sun until I'm about 6 inches away from the window.... awesome!

They have cleaned my windows for many years and they are phenomenal.
