The two man crew were fantastic. They were very punctual, considerate of my sometimes aggressive dog and not bringing dirt into my house. I will definitely use them again next year!

This was our first time to attempt to use their services; after three contacts with them, which all went well, to confirm dates, arrival times and scope of service, the most recent one occuring 2 days before the job, we received contact from Russel Williams late in the afternoon the day before the job asking if we could reschedule 10 days later; the answer was a simple, "No", but the scheduler wouldn't accept that and challenged if there was absolutely no way. At that point I cancelled the service. I then called them back and shared that I was giving them an opportunity to fix the situation before I gave them poor reviews. While they started out okay, they became belligerent and defensive about what was said in the first call, they finally shared that their crew was ill; I said I wanted the A team, not the B team and they should have shared that information on the first call so that we would have a collaborative relationship. The defensivness and belligerence. They may do good work and I'll never find out, but the lack of customer service and attentiveness to detail up front leaves every impression that the work product could be suspect.

Excellent service. I was able to meet the people who were doing the work. Very professional and friendly. They did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again.

This is the second service we’ve had from Russel Williams. Everything went according to plan. Jeremy and Dareon were here on time, did excellent work, and were really personable-professional. Russel Williams is my “go-to” company for window cleaning.

They did a fantastic job, took their time and made sure they were spotless. They arrived on time and were very friendly and personable. I have pets so they took the time to recognize them and make sure they watched when opening doors so they wouldn't escape. Very good service and an excellent job!

The window washing went well. The crew was quick, clean and the windows were excellently cleaned. The screen replacement did not go well which prompted the company to send someone to repair the screen which was not installed correctly.

Received call they would be at my house within 20 min. and they (2 crew) were. Went over all that would be cleaned and they began setting up outside. Started with all outside, came in clean all inside and they were done in about less than 2-3 hrs. Awesome work. They even got off stubborn spots.

I hired them to clean the inside and outside of my windows, including the area of the frame between the inner and outer panes that collects a lot of dirt. What was disappointing was that, in doing so, they left a lot of dirt and grass and debris on the surrounding furniture.

Service went great. The team showed up within the appointment time and confirmed the number of windows and price with me before work started. Team was polite and professional and completed work in no time at all. Satisfied with the work and would hire again.

I've had these guys clean my windows for years. they do an amazing job. I'd never call anyone else!

Issac and Charlie called first to let us know they would be coming in 15-20 minutes. Arrived on time and went right to work. Were diligent and very polite in their work. The only thing I was surprised at was when I noticed that the two front window corners of the sill were still noticeably dirty, I was told that there would be an extra cost to clean corners of the sill and that it would take using q-tips to clean. I was surprised.

It was a big job and they had only two employees that started at 1:30 and did not finish until 7:00. I felt like I had to be there and did not leave missing an evening appointment.
