The two workers were very courteous, professional, and respectful of my home. They washed all of my windows inside and out, and also cleaned all the screens. Everything came out great! My windows and screens are sparkling clean. They got the whole job done in about an hour and a half. I was very impressed and will definitely be using this company again. Great value for the money and I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Very professional attitude from friendly and personable workers. Excellent job for a good price. This is the first time we had someone do our windows and were pleased. When we do our own we open each window and wipe inside on the seal, etc, which they didn't do, but I didn't expect them to.

+ -1 moreThe entire crew from RW was professional, polite and, as expected, they cleaned up after themselves. Russel Williams provides other services such as window cleaning and cleaning of blinds. I plan to use them later in the year for gutter cleaning.
Description of Work: In need of sun control to reduce both heat and glare in our home, I contacted Russel Williams and another company that applies window film for sun control. I emailed Russel Williams at the end of one day and early the next morning I had a response from a company representative who was able to tell me when the owner would be in touch with me. The other window film company called me back but not as quickly as did Russel Williams. I was not asked to do this, but I emailed photos with window dimensions to Russel Williams. When the owner, David, called back he was able to give me an estimate and also explained in detail the benefits of applying window film. He also described the type of window film he uses and why. We set up an appointment to have the work done 2 days after our phone contact. When he and his 2 co-workers arrived at the scheduled time, they introduced themselves, and brought in the supplies and equipment they needed. They applied two different window films on a window so that I could decide on the level of tint desired. They worked without breaks for approximately 4 1/2-5 hours. When they were cleaning the windows prior to applying the window film, they pointed out to me that one of my windows appeared to have a break in the seal and they gave me an opportunity to decide if I wanted to cover that window or not. I opted to have it covered. When the window is eventually replaced, David said he would give me a discount on new window film for the window. They covered a total of 32 panes, 4 of which were in addition to the original estimate. Cost came to a little over $1300 which includes state sales tax. David said he gave me a discount that he used for his regular window cleaning customers because of the fact he didn't have to make a special trip to give me an estimate.

+ -1 moreOverall it was excellent service. I originally tried to contact the company through Angies List which didn't work -- I never received a reply. I've never used that means of contact before -- it could have been a problem with Angies List or user error on my part. At any rate, the company may want to check with Angies list to see what email address they are using for the company. Upon leaving a voicemail for the company, they called me back within minuites. They came out to look at our house before giving me an estimate because I have storm windows. They either came out that day or the next day to give me an estimate. They were very accomodating in scheduling the cleaning. They arrived promptly and our windows and screens are now very clean. They did miss the screens on my french doors, but to be fair that may not have been included in the original quote. I wasn't home during the cleaning, but my husband said the guys couldn't have been nicer or more professional. I didn't notice any evidence they were even in the house except the clean windows. (Of course my house is dirty enough they could have tracked in and I wouldn't have noticed.) I will happily call them again next year!
