The methods they used were thorough: cleaned, squeegeed and then used towels to clean excess water. There were no wasted motions. On some of the larger windows, they did a smaller section one at a time. I asked them to do extra work (clean inside windows, the chandelier) and they did it without hesitation. The glass now sparkles and the whole house seems cleaner. An outstanding job. They were easy to work with and came despite the cold weather.

Scheduling on the phone was efficient and pleasant, a date was set, it was confirmed and they showed up on that day. However, they were late but called me twice to let me know the status of why they were late and when they would arrive. They did a wonderful job.

A two man team came out to wash the windows. Since the screens at my house are screwed into the frames, they washed the screens in place. They did a very nice job. The lead took me around afterward and showed me the various places my window seals leaked. My house was much brighter afterwards.

The guys showed up on time, explained the number of window panes that my big deal would cover, then quoted me the rest of the price for the rest of the windows. They did a great job and worked quickly. Excellent service and quality.

These guys are absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I am considered to be a customer who shops around and demands quality for a reasonable price. This company more than exceeded my expectations. Mark and Dan ( please forgive me if I've forgotten your names!) were the best workers I have ever seen. I have worked in management for 30 years and so I also consider myself to be a good judge of high quality performance. These two worked solidly and consistently, did an excellent job, asked questions to make sure they met expectations or explained things as they went along. They were as pleasant as anyone I have ever worked with. No easy task when you have to keep it up for such a long period of time and while working so hard! The windows in my house are such tedious work that they rarely, if ever, get done and certainly not all at one time. After getting this completed, I feel like I live in a crystal palace! I will definitely have them back. I can't say enough good about them and would highly recommend them to anyone. I am delighted to be able to provide such wonderful feedback. They deserve it. A day before the service, I got a reminder call that the windows were to be cleaned the next day. On the date of service, I got a call saying they were on the way. Two guys arrived and introduced themselves. Very professional. They got right to work and they were done in about a half hour. My windows were really dirty. After the cleaning, the windows look SO nice. I will call this company again. They were great. Price was good too ($90.00 for crystal clean windows).
