They came in and did a great job. I don't think we had any issues. Everything was fine.

The work was fine but the big deal that I had purchased covered only a quarter of the windows. The quote was for panes and not for windows, they asked for a certain charge but I told them that I didn't want it. I didn't feel like it was worth it. I thought it was windows but the deal turned out to be window panes. They did a small percentage of the windows and gave a quote on site but I said no. The quality of the work that they did was fine, but it did not meet my expectations.

This is the second time I've hired Russel Williams for window cleaning and they do a great job!

The crew at Russel Williams does a superb job! I've hired this company to clean my windows for several years now. They are very punctual, professional and efficient. They also hang and remove Christmas lighting. I have them hang lights along my roof line, several trees and shrubs.

I chose this provider because their pricing was straightforward on their website and I just didn't have time to get quotes. They were booked out a few weeks by the time I called to set an appointment, but they arrived on time. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning the windows - actually the windows and screens were spotless, and most of the sills were wiped completely clean (a few weren't but I also didn't check when they were still here so I didn't downgrade them for that as I'm sure they would have fixed it right away). They also pointed out a few windows with broken seals, we are in a new construction home and I was impressed that they took the time to point those out, especially since one window already had mold growing between the panes). I thought that showed they really cared about their work.

The whole experience was great. Very professional. My windows never looked better! Will be hiring them again!

Finding them was well worth the price of joining Angie's list. The two employees arrive when scheduled, and were extremely polite and professional in both appearance and manner. After touring the house to see the work involved, I was advised some of the windows were storms, so would cost more to clean than my original estimate. They took care when removing screens from inside the house, and left my windows spotless. For the number of windows I had, I was amazed how quickly they completed the work, and even more pleasantly surprised that the cost was even $15 less than the original estimate! Wish I hadn't waited five years to have the windows cleaned. From now on, I'll have them back every year.

Took a while to get appointment set up and vendor was a little late for appointment. Two people cleaned the windows inside and out and did a good job. It didn't take them long.

I used the same company last year, and was pleased by the service. They were prompt, gave me a call when they were on their way. Windows were cleaned wonderfully. My only concern was the inside sills and tracks could have been cleaned better, especially in the corners. They were wiped, but not truly cleaned. Otherwise, satisfied.

The crew of two showed up on time and went right to work. The screens were cleaned as part of their service. The price was reasonable and the work done very well. I plan on having this company out to my home every spring to do the same service.

They were very helpful and professional and even changed a light buld while they was on a latter for me.

I have had them before to clean windows and will definitely have them back next year. The windows still look clean even though it rained the next day and has rained snowed since they were here.

If I remember right I did have to pay a little extra to complete the job but they were very nice and accommodating.

I do not recall the name of the two gentlemen that came out to do the window cleaning. When they got there, they juggled lightning and other clients and not only cleaned the windows, skylights, ceiling fan and siding, but also added on cleaning out the gutters. They arrived on time, were personable, neat, cleaned up after themselves, and did excellent work. I would request these two individuals again and wish I could give them credit by name in this feedback. In fact, I lost the paper where I had written their names and had called Russel Williams and left a message with my name and date of service to see if I could have them give me the names. I will definitely use Russel Williams in the future. I have, and will continue to, recommend them to others. I cannot say enough about the high quality work peformed at a reasonable price.

They were on time, clean and very professional. Assessed the work that needed to be done. Did their work meticulously. They even pointed out a window that need to be repaired and made a few suggestions on who to talk to. I purchased light bulbs for my chandelier and they installed them for me as well. I would highly recommend their work to anyone.

These men were professional, respectful, prompt, neat, pleasant to work with....I liked them so much last year that I used them again this year - with even better service results. Love, love, love these guys.
