Good job cleaning the windows. One screen was not properly re-installed, leaving a gap where a bee got in but I called and someone came back in a timely manner to re-install the screen.

I found this company on Angie's List. Their prices are listed on their website, which I felt were fair. The price paid at the completion of the work was the same as listed. They arrived promptly as scheduled and were very courteous. They did an excellent job cleaning all of my exterior windows, including my front storm door and the screen. I will definitely use them again!

Estimating the cost was very easy with information on the web. Workers were very clean, efficient, and friendly. I have put off getting my windows done because I thought it would be such a disruption. It was not a disruption and I will use the service again.

We needed our vinyl siding cleaned since that had never been done and it was really dirty. We also needed our windows and chandelier cleaned. The crew of young men that came was very professional and very clean cut. A couple steps above what you normally would expect to be dealing with for this type of service. They were a little behind schedule but they called to let us know they would be late so that was nice. As for the job itself, the windows look great and the siding is much better than before (it was very dirty but they got it looking almost as good as new). One thing I would mention is that while they got the siding very clean, it did leave quite a bunch of dirt on the patio below the siding in the back and it would have been nice had they swept that after they were done. Otherwise I was very pleased with this company and would definitely recommend them and we would use them again in the future. We forgot to mention the Angie's List coupon so I can't comment on whether they openly accept it or not. Thanks for reading.

Very courteous and professional crew of 3 young men cleaned the windows and installed film. They were efficient and cleaned up and put everything back together when they were done.

There were some stains on my windows after they had finished the work. I'm not sure if they were responsible, but I have never used them again. They weren't particularly pleasant, and they weren't necessarily friendly. The job was adequate, but not excellent.

They did a great job. It was the best $85.00 that I have spent. We had an early morning appt. and they were very punctional.

Well, first off they arrived an hour early which caused a problem for me because I was expecting them at the appointment time of 12:00 noon. The techs did call my my home and inform my wife, but she did not give them my cell number. We'll take part of the blame for that because we should have given them the cell number. I'm the kind of person that like to stay with the appointed times, I'm not a person who likes to switch things up at the last minute. Anyway, I arrived home to find the two techs working on the front of my house. I chat with one tech, an I was mad, I informed them I did not appreciate them arriving early and with not much notice. He informed me that they had talked to my wife by phone, I told him that my wife did not make the appointment I did. Once that was over I watched them as they went about cleaning the windows. At one point I asked the tech whom I had spoken to if the tool he was using was a small (about 6-8 inches) squeege? He informed me that it was actually a bladed tool used to clean junk stuff off the window before the final wash and squeege wipe. As time went on I watched them clean all the willows on the front and back of the house, including the three doors. When they were finished the windows look good. They then moved onto my neighbors house and did her windows also. During this process I had two other neighbors ask me to have them provide quotes for their windows as well. When they finished my neighbors house, the tech came back and we settled the bill for both homes. I also apolgized for getting upset, he stated it was "no problem". Later that afternoon, I noticed what appeared to be squeege streaks (3 to be exact) on my main floor sliding glass window. I initially thought that they were squeege streaks that were missed when they performed the final wipe. I was busy at the time and didn't get back them until the next day. I went outside and cleaned the window with a 3M glass cleaner and paper soft towel. I came back in and noticed that the streaks were still there. I cleaned them again, and then a third time. I began to realize that what I thought were squeege streaks were actually scratches on the outside window caused by their bladed tool catching an edge. I immediately contacted the company and spoke to a customer service rep, she told me that the owners were out. I left my contact details and asked that they give me a call, they did not. Later that day I called again and this time spoke to the female owner, I explained the situation, she told me that I would have to talk to her husband Dave since he handles these problems. Later that night Dave called, I explained again the situation and ask him to come out to see the windows. I told him I had a class the next morning that started at 8:30 am, he said he would be at my house by 8:00 am. I again informed him that it had to before 8:30 am. Well, 8:00 am the next morning comes and goes and no Dave! I get a call from him around 8:15 am stating that he is stuck in traffic. I informed him that we would have to reschedule our meeting, he said he would come and look at the window even though I wasn't home, I told him "no". I said I wanted to be home when he examined the window and that my wife, who works at home does not want contractors around the house when I'm not home. Well, he get mad, starts to accusing me of disrespecting his people and that they would never use that tool on a tempered glass window. I informed him that I watched them clean the door window and they did use the tool. He just kept going on and on about disrespecting his people, that's when I informed him that I had apologized to his tech and I actuall was able to drum up possibly more business for them. I again asked him to schedule a time, he tell me that the next time he is in my area he give us a call. I let him know that is not good enough, he just continue to rant about is people. I then told him that it doesn't matter that I was upset with his techs or not, they still scratched the door windows using their bladed tool. He continues to get mad and not willing to schedule a new time, finally I told him that enough, I'll see you in consilation court. And that is the process I'm going through at this point in time. Update 12/20/2013: On November 5, 2013, both myself and the owner of Russel Williams Home Services, LLC. were present at a conciliation court hearing held at the Hennepin County Court house in the 4th Judicial District. The judge heard both sides of this story and subsequently ruled in my favor for the amount of $2,391 dollars. At that point, he also gave Russel Williams 23 days to appeal this ruling, which they did not. I have neither heard from the owner of Russel Williams, nor have I received the amount awarded by this ruling as of todays date. I'll also state that a refund of my money for services rendered does not justify the damage that was caused to my windows! I have since filed the appropriate paperwork to have this case moved to the Hennepin County District Court for further action. The amount spent for this action will also be added to the amount awarded. I have received confirmation that my check has been cashed and my case has been moved to the district court for further action against Russel Williams. During the court hearing the judge himself found the owner of Russel Williams had mis-stated his claim that his company doesn't use sharp blades (scrapers)during the cleaning process. The judge found that within the companies own contract it stated that "Russel Williams is not responsible for any scratches on tempered or heat stretched windows, as scrapers are used in cleaning windows and flaws in tempered glass may cause scratches." The judge himself asked the owner, "if you state you do not use scrapers, then why does this statement exist within your contract? I have no knowledge of exactly why the judge decided the case the way he did, but his question as stated above leads me to believe why he did. Although, I was not awarded my full amount of $4,712 for replacement of my damaged windows, I am satisfied with the courts conclusion. To those of you who ultize, or are thinking about ulitizing Russel Williams services my only comment would be to read their contract very carefully BERFORE they begin their work. If you have questions about the contract then do not sign the contact (which I did not sign) prior to their starting the work. Russel Williams treatment of this whole issue has been from the very beginning that it is somehow my fault for their mistakes. They state that I have been unprofessional, yet it is them who caused the problem and now refuse to pay even after the court system has ruled against them! I went about this situation in a professional manner, I took them to court as is my right. They lost, and now still refuse to pay. My question...who's really being unprofessional?! UPDATE: As of January 29, 2014, We have yet to receive the judgment of $2391, plus the additional amounts of $42 for moving from concilition court to Hennepin county district court, plus $57 for the Hennepin county district court writ of execution, bringing the total amount currently to $2490.00. Now, my question to anyone thinking of using this company...is that the professionalism that you'd be looking for in a company you may wish to hire? They damaged our windows, we went to court, they lost, now they just feel that their above the law and shouldn't have to pay! Really!! Think about this if your considering hiring this company!

Two cleaners arrived, Nathan and Travis (Nathan had cleaned our windows and light fixtures two years ago), on time and worked from 8:00 a. m. until after 7:00 p. m., taking only a break for lunch. They did simply beautiful work. We have about 60 windows and 8 light fixtures counting both indoor and outdoor fixtures. This year I had them power wash a stone bench and a path with a number of stone steps. These are friendly, pleasant young men who work very hard. Their work was excellent, and I enjoyed just walking from room to room after they left and enjoying the brightness of the newly washed windows.

EXCELLENT JOB!!! Two young men very professional came to the door as the clock struck 3:30. (which was the appointment time.) Clean cut well groomed. They began working right away and within 1 1/2 hours they had completed. Screens washed, sills cleaned, windows sparkling inside and out! I've had other cleaners come before and some looked to be more or less casing the house as opposed to checking out the window situation. These guys were great!! It went just fine * they were in and out" in less than two hours. They were very hard workers - very polite.

They have the friendliest young men who work for them and they do such a great job. I used them last year and then I had another company after that and they weren't as nice so I went back to Russel's

They got everything clean in a three story house with many types of windows, most with divided lights. They cleaned the sills too, which really needed it. There was a bit of particles and dust to wipe up when they left in some areas but not all. Mostly they left everything tidy and put things back where they were. They did a good job and were friendly, polite and helpful.

I was extremely impressed with the job they did in 2011. I contacted them again to come back in the spring of 2012. I asked them if I got several of my neighbors to do it, if I could get a discount and they said yes. I got several of my neighbors to it and they did just a phenomenal job. All of my neighbors were extremely happy with the service. The guys were true gentlemen. They did both the inside and outside and they also cleaned the window seals. These guys met my cleaning standards. I would use them again. It was so nice to have the windows on the second story that I cannot get to clean.
