They do good quality work efficiently and quickly. The windows sparkled and we could see through the screens again! The power washing brightened up the house. They told us ahead of time that they wouldn't be able to remove the existing water stains we have in a couple spots but it is still a big improvement.

Cory and Travis were prompt with a 30 min call in advance, fast, efficient and professional/polite. They washed house windows, screens from the outside, then inside windows and sills. My 7 original old house porch windows with storms had not been cleaned in years and now sparkle. Job took 3 hrs while it would have taken me several weekends. They put everything black in place. The appointment scheduler called me back promptly and scheduled for the next week (got in before the Spring rush). I priced around and found this company very reasonable. Their website helped me understand types of windows and how to count windows panes to price ahead of time - which they confirmed when they arrived.

I was very happy with the quality of the work and their product knowledge. They cleaned up after themselves and were professional. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Perfectly done. Only problem-not theirs. Huge storm the next day and all the beautifully clean windows were gone. But, my roof, siding and deck were also very damaged. Sometimes you cannot win. I have used the service twice and was completely satisfied each time. Will use Russel Williams for power washing this year.

Cory and Andrew showed up precisely on-time and cleaned 36 window panes sparkling clean. There was not a drop of water anywhere as they were very neat in their work. The windows are amazing clean throughout and in every corner. The pricing was very competitive and fair. Cory and Andrew are very hard workers and worked well together as team. Very polite and nice guys too. When I do my spring window cleaning, I am going to request these two men to do the work. They were awesome!

There was a little bit of mixup on scheduling, some of which could have been my fault, but the workmanship was excellent. I didn't realize clean windows would make such a difference. The workers were fast and thorough. I had one cracked porch window and they were very careful to notify me the pros and cons of cleaning it (I signed a waiver for that window and there were no issues). I would totally recommend them as a top provider of this service!

I scheduled an appointment to have my windows cleaned about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I was quoted $265 (if I would have looked to see what I was charged last year by a different service, I would have noticed it was about 25% less than their quote). Anyway, they gave me a one hour window that they would show up (between 12:45 and 1:45pm). The time came to 12:45, then to 1:45, finally, I called the company at 2:30pm. They are running behind is the answer I got. OK, that's understandable, however, I would expect a call. But was told they were on their way. OK. I called them an hour and 10 minutes later (3:40pm) and this time was told that they accidently skipped over my name, and went to the next customer, but they'll come now. Twenty minutes later and it was 4pm (there is no daylight anymore at, and I mean right at 5pm) Realizing there was no way they could do a decent job in the growing darkness, I cancelled at 4pm. I still had not seen them. Will never call them again. Wish I had called my last year's service, but wanted to do some comparison shopping. Now I will call my last year's provider.

Great except I was a bit disappointed that I found a broken glass ornament ( I should have removed it, but I forgot it was there) that they had broken while cleaning a window, I wish I would have been told rather than finding it on my own after they left. It was from a trip to Alaska, so I cannot replace and was disappointed to find it broken and not been told about it or apologized to. Otherwise, I was very pleased as I was the previous time!

The time frame of arrival was given as 12-1pm. Cory and Miller arrived just after 12pm. They checked out what windows I wanted cleaned. I requested that they also clean 5 ceiling fans. They were competent, pleasant and did an excellent job on everything. They cleaned some very high sills that had not been reached for some time. The windows all sparkle and sills were dust free! I told them I had heard about Russel Williams on Angie's List and they asked if I had printed the coupon (which I had), but appreciated them offering this helpful suggestion, in case I had not! Cory and Miller represent their company well! Would definitely hire this company again!

I had originally thought the window cleaners had gotten grass stuck in the frame between the screen and the track that I didn't notice until some time had elapsed after the cleaning job. It was suggested that the grass was did not come from the cleaning process but from grass carrying wasps. I did not originally believe that but I do now think that is the true explanation. They were right and I was wrong. While assuming no guilt on their part (which there wasn't), they still offered to clean out the grass mess the wasps had made. Obviously, I will not take them up on it, but I do appreciate the offer and it does prove their excellent customer service.

It was an excellent experience, the two employees were very professional and did really excellent work.

Met with owner David Felt who came out to our house for an estimate in early September 2013. Agreed on the price and booked their crew for September 18, 2013. That Wednesday, their 2-man crew of Ryan and Nathan arrived as scheduled at 8 am. They very efficiently and carefully worked for about 9 hours to clean all windows and screens in our our 77-year-old house, which we had never done in the 11 years we've lived in our home. Ryan and Nathan were nice, presentable young men whom we felt comfortable with working in our home. They used great care removing, cleaning and putting back our windows during the project. They also encouraged us to take a post-cleaning walk-though and made slight touch ups on a couple of windows that needed a little more attention. Ryan also helped me slide a big-screen TV away and back to allow them access to a window behind it. We really appreciated the Russel-Williams crew's attention to detail and care for this project which we had been thinking about and dreading for a couple of years. Glad to have found this company and would hire them again. Additional comments: 1. Called four companies, three responded with bids. Russel-Williams was not the cheapest among the three, but about the same as one other bid. We paid $ 750 and that seems to be the going rate for a house of our size: 2-story, 2,200 square feet. 2. No matter who you use, homeowners should realize that this is not an inexpensive service to hire out, but well worth the cost given the time and labor involved in this type of job.

They were in hurry to finish. They did not clean window sills or between the windows. Cost was more than to times what I expected.

They were clean, professional, nice and quick. They got out 60 windows done in less than two hours. We have a two story house. They did a great job and we will have them back.

I called several weeks in advance and indicated the week I wanted service done. They put me on the schedule for that time. At the last minute I had to change to the following week - no problem, very flexible. I had used then before to clean just the outside of the windows. This time I had them do the inside too. They also cleaned my screens. Excellent job. They even got off the hard water spots cause by my over zealous lawn watering. From now on I'm always doing both outside and inside. Really pleased. The two guys who came were very careful inside my house and very pleasant.

Cory and Andy did an extraordinary job cleaning windows that had not be cleaned in over 5 years. They were on time, organized, extremely professional, capable, trustworthy, friendly, and clean in their approach to washing and cleaning up. The windows sparkle. Not only did they clean the windows, they pointed out several window issues (some serious), and the likely cause of some of the problems with recommendations for next steps. Their work and approach to their work is an example of not only delivering superior customer service and experience, but also in the value they added in educating me on window life, problem diagnostics and recommendations to move forward (which I then did that afternoon). Service person examined our damaged window tinting and explained our options. Wed encoded to have him remove it. He did that quickly and efficiently. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. We would call them again in a instant!

I needed my windows cleaned on very short notice. I found Russel Williams through Angieslist and the woman who answered the phone was very accommodating and friendly. She squeezed me in at the last minute. John and Travis were at my house before I was (coming from work), so they ended up waiting a few extra minutes. When I got home, they greeted me and told me they had already walked around the house and provided me an estimate. They got to work right away and were very professional. Both of them were very nice. They did a great job and my windows look grand new! I'm still a little concerned about all the rain coming, but they assured me that the windows would still look great. I'm very happy with the pricing and the results! Would definitely recommend them and use them again. Angieslist saves the day for me again! :)

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out very good. I think so the cost of service was just the big deal purchase, there may been a little bit more as they did another window or two but I doubt it. They were friendly and easy to work with.
