Response time for estimate was within a few days of the request. Appointment kept within a timely manner, on both estimate appointment and appointment date for the work that was done. All staff, from the office to the crews were respectful, polite and informative. I intend to use this company again and do recommend them, although there were a couple issues. A few days after they had left I found several of the storms needed to be redone (It seemed as though there were scrape marks left between the panes of glass, I do not believe these were scratches, but residue. These storms had not been cleaned in many years.) I also noticed that several of the storm tabs were either not tight enough, or not straight. I called in regard to the residue issue and they were quick to respond and resolve the problem, no questions asked.

Everything went fine. Was quick, efficient and did a great job.

Windows look great. Unfortunately the Angie's List coupon I had--that I mentioned when scheduling--was not usable with the number of windows I planned on cleaning so I had to pay for MORE windows to get the discount. I DID feel they should have honored the coupon since scheduling did not indicate that I couldn't use it with the number of windows ordered.

Crew was professional and did a great job. Used Russel Williams to clean our windows last year and was so impressed, we used them again this year. Will use them again!

They took very good care of my furniture and they were done in timely manner. They were conscious when cleaning my screen outside. Their pricing was fair.

These guys talk a good game. They're polite, responsive, do a good job. But their quoting is a scam. We've used them 3 years now and each time we get a quote over the phone but when the crew shows up they say, "oh, she shouldn't have said that. She's new." or "oh, you have more windows than we thought," or in this case for power washing it was "oh, your house is taller than we thought." So the method is that that they provide quotes based on a loose description of the job, but the crew shows up and asks for more. This has been the case two years running with them. This year I confronted the crew chief Daniel about this who asked if I felt I'd been bait-and-switched. Of course, I said. What business can provide a quote and then say it was erroneous? He ultimately assured me that they'd do the entire job for the quoted price. But in reality they told my wife "your husband only wants to pay $475 so that's as much work as we can do." So they did NOT clean our screens as agreed to. The bottom line is that if you're not fussy about being charged the amount quoted, these guys are OK. if you like a firm quote that the company stands behind, they are not.

Went AWESOME! Was able to get an appointment within a week. The crew did an amazing job on all the windows and screens, and they were really dirty! No streaks and they even wiped the window sills. Highly recommend!

My windows have never been cleaner!! Ryan and Nathan are great guys, so professional, and just there to do the right thing. They really made the effort to get some of the older, hard-to-get storm windows out. The price may seem high but I've had other bids and for as many windows and divided lights (they call them "French") we have they are pretty competitive. I cannot get my windows as clean as they can. I did have to ask them to re-wipe some of the sills that were missed, but they were happy to do so. I just hope the windows stay clean for a long time! I will use them again and highly recommend them. Great team.

I originally called Russell Williams and scheduled an appointment for August. Due to inclimate weather, I called the night before and cancelled the appointment. It was rescheduled for two weeks later. According to the company, it would have not been necessary to cancel the first appointment as they have a guarantee that provides they will rewash the outside windows if immediate thunderstorms "ruin" the first cleaning. In any case, we rescheduled and they arrived at exactly the time they originally estimated. In less than an hour, our windows and screens were clean. They did a remarkable job, and Jay and his new helper couldn't have been more personable and concerned about the quality of the work. They took amazing care not to get water spots on our silk curtains or on the carpets or floor. In all, a truly excellent job. This is a company we will continue to use in the future.

This is the second year I have used this company for window washing. My experience both years was excellent. The pricing plan is very clear, so no surprises. The two workers were courteous, clean and efficient. Most important....all my windows were bright and clean at once!

The experience went well. The team of two arrived early and were ready to get started as soon as I was able to let them. The punctual arrival was appreciated. They offered to do an official count on the windows and blinds to verify the estimates I provided before getting started to ensure no surprises. I declined given I felt good about my count based on the website description of how they count windows. Since living in the house 8 years, we had only cleaned some of the windows and blinds randomly as needed or as could be reached. They were in desparate need of cleaning especially the blinds. One person began to clean the outside windows and the other began to clean the blinds. Shoes were taken off in the house and the crew was professional and polite during the entire process. We had a total of 74 blind sections cleaned - $185 plus tax which is around $2.5 per section. A section is considered the vertical portion of blind between the edge and string that holds the blinds together or string to string on the inner sections. Most of our blinds had 4 sections to them so ended up at around $10 per blind. See details on the website as it is clearly spelled out on how to calculate the cost. The blinds were cleaned well with each individual wood piece cleaned and wiped down separately. About the time the person inside the house had finished the top floor and main floor, the exterior cleaning person came inside and started the inside windows. The interior guy finished the blinds in the basement and proceeded to clean a chandelier in our entry way that was difficult to reach without a latter. He also changed out the light bulbs at our request. The cost to clean the chandelier was $40 and well worth it. About the time he finished up that task, the other worker finished the interior windows. They did an inspection and touched up a few spots on the outside. The also put all of the blinds back down, inserted all of the screens which had also been cleaned and re-installed the inner wood decorative frames along the way. We had 59 total windows cleaned which is the includes the inside and outside or approximately 30 total windows. The cost for the windows was $285. The overall experience went well. The crew was professional and polite during the process. I would use them again. The goal is not to wait so long next time and hopefully have them out 1X per year going forward.

The company was awesome -- from the estimate to the cleaning they were incredibly professional. We cannot believe what a difference it made and how amazingly thorough they were. We plan to use them every 6 months for interior and once a year for exterior. They also walked through the house with us at the end to make sure everything was as expected.

Three friendly and courteous workers cleaned my windows and screens, inside and out, and they look so good my husband called them "high definition" windows. We had two windows that are hard to get to, but they worked it out and did a great job. I will hire them again.

After making arrangements , no one from this company showed up or called on the day the service was initially scheduled. They described it as an unusual mistake and the job was rescheduled. The second scheduled day went well and they did a good job.

It went very well. The young man who came to do the work was very personable.

They did a nice job getting the windows clean. In most cases they could remove screens from the outside which saved me having to do that part. They were quite speedy - I think mine was their last appointment for the day. :-)

Really no details to give they did an excellent job cleaning our windows and gutters.

The crew arrived earlier than anticipated, but called in advance to advise they could arrive early if permitted. Once they arrived they promptly started work on the outside of the home. Once finished up they moved inside. The guys were very polite and removed their shoes before entering. All work was completed quickly and the quality was top notch. I will use them again the next time the windows require a deep clean.

Crew called to say they were ahead of schedule. Quickly went to work to clean the windows. Required them to dismantle and reassemble the two panes on my storm windows. Windows look great and will gladly use them again.

The service provider has good reviews and I would have liked to use the big deal I purchased. Uunfortunately, this big deal purchased on 10/17/2011 was never used. I misplaced the information and at that time the provider did not contact you. Also when I purchased it, the deal expired without any value unlike the deals now where at least the purchase price remains. I am giving an A based on what I read and believe would have been

From the first contact to the completion of the work they could not of done anything better. I referred them to my mother!

They were great. The price was good, and the guys were nice. They are coming back out now.

The team arrived to my home on time. Together we looked at all the windows and the two cleaned the windows to my satisfaction. The windows that the provider was unable to clean, he let me know and the reason why (soft water from the sprinkler system.) I would definitely use this company again.

Great company, called and scheduled the appointment and then I had to reschedule and they were very accommodating. The 2 man crew called when they were on the way and arrived within the window of time we had agreed upon. They washed my second and third floor windows outside and then I cranked out my 3 season porch windows so they could wash those inside as I didn't want to take down the window blinds to do it myself. They wiped down the screens and those really needed it. I was very pleased with this company and will definitely use them again.
