Rodak Construction did an amazing job on steps that I needed fixed. The crew was very professional and got everything done in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing any type of concrete work done. Overall they did an amazing job and I’m very happy with the work they did.

Rodak construction replaced damaged block in my garage along with pouring a new sidewalk/apron. The rodak team was friendly, quick and clean with their job! I recommend them to everyone!

Before we even got started Mr. Lopes called demanding I pay him $2000 more because of cost of cement and evidently according to Mr. Lopes his son Kevin does not know how to do a bid after being in business 14 years. When my attorney pointed out that he could not change the price that's when things started to get very ugly ! Mr. Lopes wrote telling me I am responsible for all mistakes made by both his son and his crew ( his crew left my hose running all day into my basement ) Mr. Lopas has made derogatory & unprofessional comments to me that were not only inappropriate but I felt I was being sexual harassed. His son stated in a text that his dad was from the old school and that his dad's thought it was ok to talk to women in that way I guess. The steps and sidewalk look very nice but he left the job unfinished even though he wrote in a text that it was finished. They never did the fill and grass around the sidewalk ( as per his contract agreement ) so now the sidewalk remains raised and a safety hazard for the mail person and my guests. I work 70 hours a week and now I am forced to have to find another company to complete Mr. Lopes's unfinished work. I own my own company also and I having a hard time figuring out 1. The hostility shown towards me in refusing to pay more in the beginning . 2 Why are you demanding money when you knowingly knew the job wasn't completed. 3. Mr. Lopes from his texts I guess that I should pay him all that he ask for even though another company will have to be hired to complete his work. I feel he thinks it's ok if I pay twice for the same job. I have been involved in at least 30 remodel jobs over the last 50 years and was a project manager for 16 years and have never experienced anything like this before and hope to never experience this again. I have over 300 clients, that I will not be referring them to Rodak Construction. It a shame your work is good but attitude toward your customer is not .

Requested a basic quote through Angie's List in July. Two months later, have not yet received a response.

Excellent. Job was well done & timely. Great people to work with. Manny (owner ) & Kevin Lopes (his son) did a great job along with his second son & the rest of the crew. Recommended. Manny was awesome! He made time to stop and look at the project and provided an estimate much sooner than anticipated and at a great price. He understood the challenges of the project and is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely keep Rodak Construction in the first position to call for concrete work! :)

It went I as expected and the service was good.

They did a great job they were always busy the whole time to do their work and they did a phenomenal job.
