+ -1 moreAS I STATED, BOBBI WAS FAST AND VERY GOOD. SHE ACTUALLY FOUND OUT THAT ON A PREVIOUS APPRAISAL, BY ANOTHER APPRAISER, HAD LEFT AN ENTIRE FLOOR OF 2400 SQUARE FEET OFF. BY FINDING THIS, SHE WAS ABLE TO THEN INCREASE OUR VALUE TO IT'S FULLEST POTENTIAL.
Description of Work: WE NEEDED AN APPRAISAL REALLY FAST AND DIDN'T HAVE THE STANDARD THREE TO FOUR WEEKS TO WAIT. BOBBI CAME OUT DID THE APPRAISAL AND SENT IN HER WORK WITHIN TWO DAYS. WE WERE ABLE TO LOCK IN AT A LOWER INTEREST RATE BECAUSE SHE WAS SO EFFICIENT.
