 + -1 moreHE DID NOT SHOW UP WHEN IT SNOWED. I CALLED HIM AND HE TOLD ME TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE. I THOUGHT THAT WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!

 + -1 moreWE DID HAVE ONE INCIDENT WHERE HE BUMPED INTO A LOW STONE WALL THAT'S RIGHT NEXT TO THE DRIVEWAY. HE'S SAID HE'LL REPAIR IT. HE'S DONE A VERY GOOD JOB, OUR DRIVEWAY IS AWKWARDLY PLACED, NEAR A FENCE, ETC. AND HE'S EVEN COME OUT EXTRA TO CLEAN UP ONE CORNER BETTER.
