+ -1 moreThis company provides salt for water softeners. We have a small apartment building; and they have been delivering salt to that building for about 15 years. 15 YEARS!! They routinely charged us for 9 or 10 80lb bags. After retiring, I felt I could save money by delivering the salt myself. And, here's where the light bulb goes on. Our brine tank only holds 8 bags!!!! Our last invoice charged $15.36 per bag!! I called them, and the first guy was quite rude. A couple hours later he called me to apologize, and he would tell the owner. That was about a month ago and I've heard nothing. This could run into a lot of money.
Description of Work: They charged for product that was never delivered.

+ -1 moreSalesperson was very helpful over the phone. No pressure just explained what they sold and why the built the units the way they did. Installers arrived on time, did the work correctly and neatly. Unit performs wonderfully and at a cost $600 less than most of the other bids I got.
Description of Work: Installed a new water softener. Removed the old unit and brine tank. Plumbed in new unit and filled brine tank.
