 + -1 moreOverall the work performed and the workers were easy to work with and did a great job. The initial bid was a little lower than what the finial bill was because he had under-estimated how many loads of dirt he had to haul out. He estimated 3, but needed to do 14. His finial bid was still considerably under the estimates given to us by other concrete companies. They worked during the extremely hot week in July without complaining. I would hire them again.
Description of Work: Removed concrete from old single car garage. Excavated area for 2 car garage. Removed and transplanted tree too close to new garage. Laid foundation and floor for new garage. Always friendly and polite. Excellent communication during job. Let me know when kids could put hand prints in concrete. Very happy with work done.
