Description of Work: River City Renovations did a complete tear-off (2 layers), wood repair, new shingles, and venting for newly installed bathroom exhaust fan. While they were not the lowest bidder, they were the most responsive to questions prior to hiring them and I felt their customer service was worth the additional cost - and it was. All went well with the roofing, but here's what really mattered: 1) they took extra measures to protect my gardens as requested (realizing that this was a bit of a nuisance for them, but they were very good about it); 2) during the tear-off, they pointed out to me that some of the old shingles had hit the house and left marks and they took care of it right then; 3) about a month after the job, we noticed one area of a roof valley that wasn't "finished." When I called to ask them to take a look, they were there the next day, assessed the situation, then came the following day to do the minor repair (at no extra charge, of course). VERY responsive. VERY good to work with.
