+ -1 moreWe have a two story colonial house so I was very pleased that someone was able to do that other than my husband. Apparently one of the large chunks of ice landed on a railing of our deck and it cracked. I don't know how they could have avoided that; the ice had to go somewhere. Overall we have had good experiences with Right at Home. They were fairly prompt in coming out to get rid of the ice. They came out with crew of four people and they were done in about two hours. They were pretty good about the cleanup. My husband wasn't happy with paying that much, but it was a roofing company that we had used before. This was a time when he went to the hardware store and all the roof rakes were gone; they were old sold out. So his called this company and I am not even sure that he got pricing from anybody else. This was just a company that had done our roof so we trusted them.
Description of Work: I used Right at Home this winter to remove the snow and ice dams from my roof.
