Ridge appliance repair

I called to schedule dishwasher repair with Ridge Appliance Repair. They sent a technician out on JUne 15 to "repair" my dishwasher. My teenage kids were home at the time. I was charged $218.58. When I got home and ran the dishwasher it had not been repaired. It was the weekend and then I was out of the state for a week. When I returned, I called and they did not answer the phone. I sent an email and got no response. I called again and spoke to the same woman. Scheduled for them to come out on 6/30. They didn't come, didn't call. Can't reach them. I am reporting this as fraud to my bank and filed a BBB complaint (I don't expect any results from that). This is a fraudulent business!!! I may report this next to law enforcement.

My first appt, tech was sick so they cancelled. When rescheduling I asked to confirm they had the part and was specific that I wanted a gasket replaced and provided the model info. They said ok. Showed up without the part or time to repair. Took $200 and scheduled me for the following week, During my time window they texted and said they had to reschedule again. They scheduled me for the next day. Didn't hear anything during that time window so called right before they closed and was given a noncommittal response on a refund and was never told they were still coming or anything. Terrible service and communication. Go elsewhere.
