The workers were very cordial and quick to respond to our requests. After the job was finished, they fixed blemishes in the old garage slab, this went beyond the original contract. They cleaned the area before leaving. They were all very good workers and very professional.

It was fantastic actually. Not only did they do a great job on the concrete, they were really nice people to have around. They were really thoughtful of everything else in my yard. They were very clean, efficient and the price was very fair.

They were fine, it was a really good price and they did just as good work as anyone else. I had no issues with them, they did everything on time and when they said they would. I'm thinking of going back to them when I get my driveway done.

They did a really good job. They said it was about the most complicated driveway that had done in a couple of years. They were thorough. They weren't the cheapest and not the most expensive, but right there in the middle. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this company again in a heartbeat and I would recommend them as well.

We found Richfield on Angie's List. I picked them for their professionalism and their quote. Overall the service went very well. They followed up on requests and were very professional in ever contact we had. They kept us informed during the whole project and did a wonderful job. They were mid-priced between all the quotes we received - not the highest and not the lowest.

Job was done three weeks later. Work took half a day. Crew was prompt and professional Work done was excellent.

I got estimates from 3 companies. Richfield Blacktop, and another company had the lowest bids The reason i chose Richfield was that they offered more services for the same money than the other company offered, and once we sent in the down payment they were here the next week to take out the old driveway and add a new base, and one week after that they came and put in the new driveway. They were quick, and very professional. I would recommend them without hesitation

Very satisfied with the entire job. Their estimate was competitively priced. I chose Richfield because their quote included a better concrete mix (with mirco-fibers) and re-bar. The other two quotes did not.The tear-out was done one morning and the new driveway and sidewalk were poured a few days later (the delay was due to storms). The crew was pleasant and friendly despite the heat and humidity. The office kept me informed about the schedule and the work being done. The job looks great. I wish all contractors were this easy to work with.

They explained what they were going to do, how their plan would improve upon the existing concrete work, carried out their plan quickly and cleaned up beautifully. Nearly a year later, it looks great and has been a much needed improvement toward driving into the garage!

The brick was a very high pressure sale, which is why I took it. At this point in time, the driveway is already breaking apart. For that kind of money, it should still be in pretty good shape.

The estimator that came out was 15 minutes late, but they came out within a day of my request for a quote. He spent 10 minutes clarifying what I wanted, told me they wouldn't do the work until I had the garage apron repaired. The end of the driveway had a small flare out, and he wasn't interested in doing that either--just a straight run. The quote came in over $4k, and he recommended I contact a former employee to do the work who might come down a few hundred in cost. And he thought the garage apron repair would probably be $500 - $700. So about $4500 for a job he clearly didn't want to do. Their choice, for sure, but don't waste my time. He also bagged a competitor saying they preyed on old people and gouged their customers; the irony was amusing. I chose a competitor who came in over $1200 cheaper, was super professional, and on time. RESPONSE TO COMPANY RESPONSE: I got a call from someone at the company asking me to rewrite this review because "it's hurting our business". The caller also mentioned the company was under new management or ownership and that I should reconsider and he'd make it worthwhile if they came out. Why would I have a driveway company come out to talk to me about a driveway I already replaced? It was a bizarre and desperate conversation that sounded like he wanted to bribe me to change my comments. This company is shady. A simple apology for a poor experience would have been appropriate. Make sure they aren't your only bid. Look at my other reviews to find out who I chose to do my driveway.

Had a negative experience with the old owner and gave an original grade of F. This spring the new owner called me to make amends. I couldn't believe it! No one has ever done that before and I was skeptical but willing to hear what he had to say.He came out to the house and if I hadn't already had a new driveway installed last fall, I would have definitely given him the business. Very nice, very sincere and explained the issues the former owner was struggling with last fall. His willingness, boldness to call me of his own accord was very impressive. This guy has a lot of integrity and I would definitely do business with him in the future.

Submitted a request for an estimate online. Was called back in a timely manner and confirmed a time for the estimate. Great price! Would have used, but decided to go with the blacktop.

I didn?t use their services to get the work done. They were very good, courteous and punctual. They came on time. The estimate didn?t seem to be out of the ordinary for the work that we wanted to get done. They came out fairly quickly. If need be, then I would use their services in the future.

The work was done on time and budget. Workers were very professional and explained why an area close to the garage hand sunken some. They fixed this area and widened the entire driveway to allow for a parking spot for a boat or additional car.

We called several contractors based off Angie's List recommendations. Richfield was not the cheapest, but was close, and was the most responsive. They were professional and reliable, and we are pleased with our new driveway. As the work was just done, I can't vouch for durability or late problems, but so far so good!

Dan came out within a week after we called. The estimate was done very professionally and thoroughly. The estimated work was well documented. He suggested different options and price points which we greatly appreciated. We liked working with Dan. The old driveway was removed in a timely manner but we thought it took too long between the removal of the old and the installation of the new. We had a specific date by which we needed the work done and it was done literally the day before that which is not exactly what we preferred. However, the work that was done was excellent. Very professional, it looks great. We're extrememly happy with both the driveway and the sidewalk. The sidewalk was done much more quickly than the driveway. We like the exposed aggregate look very much and are very happy with the quality of the work.

Very good. The salesman was personable and knowledgeable and didn't try to pressure me like the other companies I interviewed (which is a big turn-off and a big reason to be suspicious). He also was fair in negotiating the price and provided references of other customers nearby. They were very communicative every step of the way. The crew did a great job and was also very personable. I watched them as they did the work, and they took extra special care with the grass and rock gardens abutting the driveway. They also cleaned up very. very well. I would definitely recommend them.

They were prompt, professional and efficient. I was happy with the asphalt, but not with the concrete they laid. They were done by sub contractors.
