+ -1 moreMy friend had a short window to find a new home after she lost her home in foreclosure proceedings. Richard was all over it -- giving her as much attention as he would a buyer with loftier ambitions. He was most gracious in working with her special needs kids who sometimes came along to look at the properties. In the end, he cut his commission to almost nothing to help her get into the home. A real hero!
Description of Work: Richard is a remarkable realtor. He worked tirelessly in finding a home for a close friend, showing us more than 50 houses in our search. While he's a full-service realtor, he helped us with finding a foreclosed property. He was totally on top of the market and when new properties were added, he let us know within hours. He frequently previewed the houses to determine if the property was of interest. He was good at spotting problems with the properties that others may have overlooked. He was extremely accurate in determining property value and helping to negotiate a good sales price. All of this and extremely honest and pleasant to work with. Highly recommmend his services.
