RGF Cleaning

Excellent cleaning are going to use again.

I was very happy with cleaning they did. I was surprised and happy at some of the things they cleaned.

Pretty good but a few things were missed. There was a lot of area to clean but so E spots were not touched.

Raquel and crew arrived promptly, asked if there were any problem areas, and immediately went to work. They were steady and careful and took the time to do some of the small things (clean inside microwave and toaster oven, soup spoon rest, etc.) but didn't dawdle and completed everything expected. No concerns. Will hire again when I want to give myself a treat!

The workers did a very good job of cleaning. I do object to the strong smell of chemicals left behind, and would prefer use of more natural cleaning agents.

Great! They did a wonderful job. They even had time to wipe down blinds and wash some floors. I can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them.

Mostly very well. Except someone used an abrasive (something) on the microwave and scratched the touchpad plastic (looks like crap when the lights are on). They must have stopped as the rest of the front wasn't scratched. After checking on the internet I don't think there is anything I can do unless I buy a new microwave. So sad.

Outstanding work! I was unsatisfied with previous cleaners and a bit skeptical but gave it a second try. RGF left my apartment move out status in excellent/spotless condition at a competitive price. I would definitely hire them again.

Wow! I came home and felt like magic little fairies had been there! The team did such a great job...more than I would've expected. My bed was remade (not just my thrown together mess), my laundry room was straightened up, our mud room was cleaned (and the remote control I long ago dropped behind the coat rack/hall tree was found!). This is all above and beyond the bathrooms, kitchen, floors, and more! I'm a new mom and the task of keeping my house clean right now is overwhelming, so this was an amazing service that I will definitely use again! I honestly feel this huge weight off my shoulders.

All I can say is WOW! I bought my cleaning on Saturday and by Wednesday my house was spotless. This was my first time having my home professionally cleaned and it was such a wonderful experience. Raquel was extremely prompt with communicating, scheduling, early arrival and was very respectful and kind. It was such a wonderful experience and I am looking forward to doing business with RGF Cleaning again.

They claimed they could not get done in the four hours I paid for, so I ended up paying $90 extra. This made it a pretty steep price considering it was supposed to be a deal. $160 to clean a house is not a bargain. They also used some cleaning products that discolored my toilet seats. On the plus side, the cleaning itself was quite good.

Excellent. Professional service in scheduling, and the crew came right in time (even a little early!) on the arranged day. They got through my list and then some. Everything is neat. orderly, and clean.

Raquel and her team did an awesome job! I'm very pleased with the cleaning job they did for me. They were very efficient and did a very thorough job for me.

It was a bait and switch situation. Angie's list advertised one price and RGF insisted on charging a higher price. We have not pursued getting our money back from Angie's list as I have had back surgery and other things to do. We have not used and probably never will use angie's list again for specially priced services. This was a sour deal all the way around and would warn anyone to stay clear of Angie's list deals.
