RGF Cleaning

Very good. Everything was cleaned as I had expected. I may hire in the future. I have their card Would like to try out other companies, just to see what is in my area. They were very nice and professional!

They came on time and have done it well

I was not home when the RGF team came, so I cannot comment on punctuality. However, my husband was home when the 3 person team came to clean. While he was impressed with the team, I was very impressed with how clean the house was. They cleaned areas that previous cleaners had ignored. I was so impressed that I hired them to come on a monthly basis. A schedule was very easy to set up, and I am looking forward to their first scheduled cleaning next week!

The scheduling was simple and via text. The crew showed up on time and did an AMAZING job. They cleaned in places above and beyond my expectations -- including the cabinet under my kitchen sink and the window sills behind my plants. There is nothing they could have done better. Among the best service providers I've yet found at Angie's list.

The RGF team came with 3 cleaners. They were very nice, professional, thorough, and efficient. I will definitely hire them again!!

They did a great job - worked hard the whole time. We gave them a list of things we wanted done and they used that. Three cleaners came - we paid for 4 hours. With 3 cleaners, that's an hour and twenty minutes. The area is clean and we are happy with the work. We'll hire them again. They cleaned, polished the floors, cleaned the woodwork and lights. Cleaned the cabinet surface areas and appliance surface areas. Dusted the furniture. Bathtub, toilet, sink, floor and walls.

Arrived promptly, did a good job of cleaning. Listened well and adjusted as needed.

To our complete and admiring satisfaction. We have since hired one of the team members as our regular house-cleaner, and she is first-rate, both fast and thorough.

It went well. They were professional and worked very hard to complete the cleaning within the 8 hours stated in the contract. To accomplish this they brought a team of 4 and were in my house for approximately 2 hours. In fairness, I rated them a C on punctuality because they were about 3 hours later than they said they would be because of rain and snow that day.

The cleaners did a nice job. We had rescheduled the appt to a day prior to the day they came, but it didn't get noted in their calendar. I adjusted but told them the 8 hours of cleaning needed to be done by 11. They were to arrive at 8:00 but they arrived about 8:40 with 3 cleaners. That wasn't going to work in the timeframe, but then 2 additional cleaners arrived, and they all did a nice job of a thorough cleaning and were done by 10:45. It all worked out and was well done; it just wasn't as smooth in the scheduling and expectation.

The cleaning crew (5 of them) were very nice, showed up on time, and I know they cleaned (because I was in and out of the condo several times during the move out of my old house). Yet I have had to clean almost everything (either re-clean what they did but were not thorough, or clean areas they never cleaned, like the inside of the fridge, top of the cabinets, shelves that were clearly not dusted). I think I would feel differently if they told me, after the 8 hours of cleaning, that they were not able to finish based on the time. I would have considered paying more to get the work done.

Good Job on the cleaning A little confusing on who was going to clean. 3 cleaners started (1 was the lead person- female) then 2 more showed up (one male and one female) then 2 left (1 was the female lead). We were back to 3 cleaners but not sure how many were from the first 3.

For the most part, the areas that were cleaned were done thoroughly. However, several parts of our kitchen were not cleaned thoroughly: the oven was not cleaned on the inside, dishes were stuffed into the dishwasher and, once opened after "cleaning," spilled dirty water over each other, so those needed to be cleaned again. Some items that should not have been put in the dishwasher were put in there, causing them to warp slightly. Also, kitchen countertops were not cleaned thoroughly (bits of tougher food stuck, so they must have been wiped down lightly)... As one person was in our kitchen for 2 hrs and 45 minutes, I would expect it to be cleaner. We also had one person in a bathroom we use only for guests. It was already clean and only really needed to be wiped down/polished, but the cleaner was in there for 45 minutes, which seemed excessive. Overall, good cleaning job for the price (after a coupon).

I will use this company again. They came in went right to work as if they had cleaned my home on a regular basis. Thank you Raquel and your assistant.

Bathroom and Kitchen were a disaster, they got both areas cleaner than I've ever seen them. They also got two bedrooms, family room and our living room cleaned and straightened up.

Very good. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond; I had taken apart the bed so they could do the floors and they not only put it back together but made it.
