RGF Cleaning

The crew arrived on time and ready to work. Overall they did an excellent job. My only criticisms are that they arrived without a ladder to do clezning advertised as including the gops of everything and light fixtures. Also, they arrived with cleaning products unsuitable for high end furniture and bath fixtures. They responded graciously to my instruction and accepted my provision of alternative products, but required encouragement to do the thorough cleaning that was advertised, such as vacuuming the edges of the carpet and moving light furniture to clean floors. I would not have them clean without being present to supervise. That said I was happy with the end product.

It went well. Replaced a ceiling light. Cleaned the carpet stairs. Kitchen doors looked clean

The job was well done except the floors were sticky following cleaning. They are OK now but had to be washed .

Wonderful! My house is sparkling! Employees were respectful, quiet and did good work.

The RGF team did an excellent job! I have already recommended them to my friends. They are fast, thorough, courteous...and leave the house smelling great!

They do a pretty good job. However, they have a habit of rearranging things and not putting them back where they were before, like the bathroom mats, appliances, etc. which can be a bit irritating.They also don't accept debit/credit card and you have to pay by check, which is sometimes inconvenient, but overall they do a good job and we continue to use them every month.

Was hard to connect with her. Scheduled apt at 11 AM and by noon called her and she said she was 10 minutes away. Would have been nice if she'd called to let me know she was running late. The rest of the cleaning was good except the lamenent floors were completely streaked. I had referred my girlfriend to her and she was doing her place after mine. I called and told her all the floors looked terrible and she said they would return when finished with my friend. When they redid floors were ok. My friend was upset though because her floors also were streaky, as well as mirror in the bathroom. She didn't even know they were leaving when they left without doing the bedrooms, oven or refrigerator as was stated in her add. When she called them they said they ran out of time. But left without any explanation or scheduling a return time to finish her house. She told my friend she was busy the rest of the week and will her next week. My friend is very upset because she wanted tis done as she is having surgery Monday and will be in the hospital all week and had wanted it handled before she went into the hospital

They did a fabulous job! I am going to have them come back on a regular basis.

Dusting was not done well, dusted around things, top of bedframe not dusted. Bedroom floors still dusty. Bathrooms done well, all the workers were very nice friendly.

Very well. The team did an excellent job. The situation was that it was a trial to see if they were better than another cleaning company that was already booked. Price was the same, so, no need to change.

Went ok, needed more time than what I initially paid for.

The date and time was confirmed with the RGF., but no show on the scheduled time. I called four hours later asking why. They eventually showed up and cleaned main floor and upstairs, the quality of the work is not good. They left basement untouched, saying they need additional money to do the cleaning

Very well. Great attention to detail. They even put a cute little fold on all the towels!

The cleaning team did a wonderful job!

Poorly. Arrived at agreed time (after trying for several times to). They were difficult to reach although part of that problem was mine. I paid for 4 hours for 2, received 4 hours for 1 and 2 for the other one. That one left saying he had to run over to a friend's for just a few minutes. Gone for 2 hours. They left the house,, 1300 square feet, in a job very uncleaned. Dried toothpaste on bathroom counter, very limited dusting, etc.

It took a month to get a response on setting up a date. I requested a morning time slot, she gave me a week that would work, we agreed on the date, I took the morning off work to be home. The morning came and no one arrived, I texted her to ask where she was.....she said she scheduled me for noon-4. Clearly not what we agreed to and then she blamed a miscommunication....hard to miss-communicate when everything was in writing. Very aggravating!

They moved all the furniture and everything. Three people came out and they completed the work within three hours. They moved everything. They cleaned everything completely. They moved stuff we did not expect them to. We had to spend about two weeks figuring out where things ended up. We have a lot of knickknacks, but they emptied the entire shelves, moved them, and put everything back on the shelves. They were very thorough. The bathroom is jus sparkling clean. They did a really good job. They introduced themselves and told us what we were getting, and set the expectations, and got it done.

They cleaned somethings we had not requested, like the kitchen and breadbox, and not others like one of the bathrooms. Vacuuming was good in most places but hit and miss in others. Overall the quality was adequate for the discounted price we paid, but not for what they told us was their regular pricing.

I had a rough year in 2016 with a sister passing away, then I broke my foot and then quite a bad case of Shingles. I'm single and was unable to really clean the house during that time. RGF Cleaning was fantastic. A team of 3 came which included the owners brother who also cleaned and served as project manager. He was extra fantastic and super efficient with a ton of common sense. I didn't think they could clean my entire house in the 2.5 hour time so I left off some rooms. They were so efficient they needed more work so did my 2nd upstairs bathroom and when they left I noticed an office had been cleaned up as much as possible (had some things stored there they wouldn't know where to put away). I'd recently disconnected 2 speakers and have an air purifier that wasn't plugged in. After they left I also saw all the cords had been neatly bound up. This was a one time cleaning for me right now. A few things weren't completely to my cleaning standard (when I do clean) but considering how dirty my house was and how much they accomplished, more than I expected, I'd definitely use them again and would use them more regularly if I could afford it. I have used other cleaners off and on and this was definitely the best and most efficient. I highly recommend.
