I hired Raquel at RGF to clean my house top-to-bottom -- it had been a while. As I have a small home (about 950 square feet of living space) she arrived with one other person. In three hours they cleaned everything, including a full bathroom in the basement as well as the main one upstairs. Everything was vacuumed, dusted, and scrubbed. I was very pleased with the quality of work, the time it took, and the price. I am definitely hiring Raquel again, probably every four-five weeks!

Everything turned out to my satisfaction: timeliness, quality of work. I have hired them to come in for a light cleaning again next month.

Ok. They crew of 4 worked for 1 hour. The work they did was fine, but they did not get through the entire house.

It didn't go at all. I've never heard from them. How can I get my money back?

We left a list of priorities, and the cleaner(s) got to everything on the list and then some. Exceeded our expectations! Everything was great, I highly recommend this service.

Very professional, came to inspect prior to cleaning. Was easy to get a hold of and set an appointment. Sent a reminder day prior to the cleaning. Cleaned everything that was pointed out,as well as some extras. Stove, refrigerator, floors, windows, microwaves, cabinets, etc. Arrived on time and got straight to work. Great job, will hire again.

They were the BEST. SCRUBBED all the linoleum (a huge job), cleaned cabinet doors, counter top, sink, ceiling fans, baseboards, bathtub, vacuumed furniture, and probably things that I have forgotten. This was all done in their allotted time. They were very hard workers and I plan to have them again. I have recommended them to others.

I am very pleased with their work, they even cleaned some windows which was totally unexpected. I would recommend them to anyone.

This service went ok, but I have definitely had better cleaning crews. They came into the house like a herd of elephants, knocking buckets into walls and making a lot of noise. The overall job was good.

Went very well. Raquel and her team did an excellent job in cleaning our bath showers. I would use them again.

Amazing. I left a message on short notice if Raquel can take care of our house because our original plan for having EcoMaids take care it fell through. Raquel showed up with 2 more people with a couple of days notice before Labor Day weekend and cleaned the areas in an hour and a half. Which is great because my wife and I had a lot of things that we need to do and it takes us a lot more time (mainly because I have a hard time staying focused on cleaning). They did a phenomenal job. My wife is picky and she was very ecstatic with the results. We are definitely going to hire Raquel again (and again...). Keep in mind: my house is a medium sized house and our house is not filthy. We do not neglect our household. My family is a fairly clean but the amount of chores we need to do during the weekend takes away from relaxing after a week of work.

Raquel and her team were outstanding. They were more thorough than any cleaner I have hired. Everything from walls to floors was cleaned. I am picky about a clean home, and I had no issues with her work. The first cleaning was done by 3 people and took 2 hours. This was charged per hour . Then, the job is quoted at a fixed price for future cleanings. The initial clean was $180 with a regular cleaning price of $90.

She did an awesome JOB!!! I got my full refund back. In the Kitchen: She moved all the appliances, Cleaned the floors and walls Cleaned the Stove The Fridge The Microwave The Cabinets were wiped out completely, top and bottom. In the Bathroom: Cleaned the entire bathroom including the cabinets in the Living and Bedrooms room: She cleaned the carpets, The Windows The sliding Glass Door Windows and Screens even the small Patio All closets were wiped down and vacuumed She even swept the un attached garage for me.

Excellent service is always provided. Goes the extra mile. The first time I had Raquel clean for me, she so thoroughly cleaned my kitchen, she found or maybe unearthed a ring that I had thought I had lost months before.

Raquel is always on time and does an outstanding job! Very thorough and professional. We trust her completely. Raquel treats our home like it is her own - attentive to details and open to feedback. Raquel is truly the most dedicated and professional cleaner I have had in over 30 years :)
