+ -1 moreThe work was phenomenal. We couldn't be more happy with the way things turned out. Throughout the process, he did a great job of communicating, was very clear in setting expectations and delivering against his estimates. He arrived on time, was personable and very professional, did the work quickly and left the place in immaculate condition each day. The fireplace front had perfect dimensions for our television system and tile, taping, and molding was installed flawlessly. We had asked him to replace some cracked tiles in the entryway, but upon further investigation, he felt we needed a different skill set for the work. So he recommended a different resource rather than doing what the first installer had done and leaving us with more cracked tiles. We appreciated his wisdom, his recommendations, and his overall work.
Description of Work: We hired Patrick to do several projects in our new home. The largest included removing the front of the fireplace, building out a media niche above the gas fireplace, completing drywall, ceramic tiling, taping, replacing the molding, etc. In addition, he regrouted sinks, installed garage shelving and overhead storage, replaced lighting fixtures, and helped us with fixing holes in the walls. When he felt we needed a different resource for a project, he was a great resource for next steps, who to contact, and what we should be looking for.
