David came out on a Saturday morning after I placed a call to him late on Friday evening. He was prompt, professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. David was able to resolve the situation quickly and offer future insight for incidences moving forward. Though I hope this never happens again, we will be using restoration one again if it does. I would hire again without hesitation, and recommend Restoration 1 to anyone in search of these services.
