Resnet was very enthusiastic about our project and gave us a fair price. David Harig, the owner and installer, promised top of the line equipment along with quality service. Not being a technical family, we had a hard time understanding our system. Appliances became faulty and at the beginning of our relationship with ResNet, but they came through with service calls. They were on time and pleasant. When the more expensive appliances became faulty, ResNet would not return phone calls. The owner would eventually screen our telephone calls and the telephone calls from our general contractor. On several occasions, David Harig, the owner, would hang up the telephone on us when we called. As of now, we only have 2 of the 4 flat screen televisions that are operational. Since we've had the lousy service, we have contacted Bang & Olufson at the Galleria in Edina and they have charged us $5500 to "fix" ResNet's mistakes. We will never recommend ResNet to anyone because of their horrific customer service.
Description of Work: ResNet came into the picture in November of 2003. We had our whole house remodeled and hired ResNet to install a home theatre system. The installed the system, including speakers, sub-woofer, 4 televisions, dvd component, cd component and a home security system.
