Great price, quick work

My garage door motor died in the middle of the night; I did some quick Googling, saw this business and its great reviews, and gave them a call the next morning. Ted (super professional, super knowledgeable) was out within 2 hours, identified the problem within minutes, and walked us through our options. He fortunately had time to replace the motor right then — so a total of 3.5 hours from first call to getting my new remote door opener. Now that’s good service!

Everything went great! Ted communicated really well, was on time, and was great to work with. I’m really happy with the outcome. I’d definitely recommend him!

Ted stopped by initially to fix a broken spring. He did a quick inspection and showed me some frayed cables which looked really bad and needed to be fixed. After completion, he also noticed a broken hinge and also noticed that the garage door opener needed adjustment. He replaced the hinge and had to come back the next day ( needed a part) to adjust the opener. I was not charged for the hinge or the opener adjustment. Did a great job and I would recommend him. Terrific. Highly Recommend. Residential Garage Doors installed a new insulated garage door and track for me after my garage was modified. They were very responsive to all my emails & phone calls which I really appreciated and answered all questions I had. They were also very flexible and accommodating to my schedule & my contractor’s schedule. They really care about their work and doing a good job and were super pleasant to work with. The price was competitive too! Great job!

My garage door opener system needed to be replaced and they did a great job, excellent customer service and I was so grateful they had an opening and were able to come out the same day to do the repair. Would definitely recommend them to others based on my experience.

Ted was great! He arrived right on time and was super nice. We had no idea what was wrong with the garage door - it stopped working a while ago and we just detached it from the motor and were pulling it up and down by hand, and then I accidentally got it stuck a foot off the ground (so Ted had to crawl under the door on the snowy ground - sorry!). He figured out that the bearings just needed to be lubricated and door reattached to the motor. He replaced the batteries in the keypad too. It was a much easier (and cheaper) fix than I thought it would be. He just charged us the minimum for labor. 20 minutes later and the garage door works perfectly!

Service was great. The torsion springs were old, one was broken, and both were replaced. After checking the balance, he lubricated the hinges, and confirmed that all was in working order. The job was done in less than an hour.

He was extremely professional & punctual. I called him a second time and came the next morning. Highly recommended.

Ted was prompt, friendly and creative in fixing our broken garage door. He saved us hundreds of dollars by repairing the broken panels of the door, preventing us from having to buy anything new. And he did it on the spot! Highly recommend.

Ted informed me of the cost to replace my garage door springs. We set up a time that worked for both of us. Ted was on time and wearing a face mask, which I appreciated. He explained what was to be done and that it should take about an hour. Ted replaced my springs, balanced the door, and then said he would like to tune up the rollers and hinges- which is exactly what my old noisy garage door needed. I had my 4 1/2 year old and 2 1/2 year old with me and Ted was great with the both of them- also explaining to them what he was doing. The boys really enjoyed watching and asking Ted questions! Absolutely wonderful! Ted was the first one to reply to my request for service and was able to come out to give a free estimate that same day, which was Sunday. We agreed to the work and the price and set an appointment for 3 pm Monday. He arrived right on time and got everything in working order.
