The crew had no English speaking person. We had left a note on the materials with a request and they completely ignored the request. We could not ask any questions and get an answer. We had the rep that we had been dealing with come look at the finished roof as there were a couple areas that we didn't think were done correctly and he agreed to have someone come fix those. That was promised 2 weeks ago and we have yet to see someone.
Description of Work: Reroof - tear off old and install new.
