Description of Work: Sanded and re-stained our hardwood floors in the kitchen, dining room, hallway and bathroom, and closets. |I was extremely pleased with the color choice - they came out to help us figure out which color was going to work best - sanded and put down samples in advance. VERY helpful. I was pleased with the quality overall, but the shoe molding was lighter and got stained with the darker color. I asked beforehand if we should remove - they said no - they are very careful. Unfortunately, it was a problem, and makes the professional job on the rest of the floor look shoddy. We hired someone to replace all the shoe molding, so that was an extra $800. I might have had to pay a higher price for that work up front anyway, but I would have liked to have known. Other than that - very satisifed - good price for the work.

Description of Work: We had our livingroom/dining room, kitchen and hallway floors refinished. Jeff came in for an estimate. He was punctual, quick and the bid came in lower than other bids. The work was finished in 3 days, quicker than originally noted. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the work. Our floors looked beautiful. We'd definitely call them back in the future to have the floors in our remaining two bedrooms on our main floor refinished.

Description of Work: We just had the floors of our entire house resurfaced and finished by Renewed Hardwood. We were extremely pleased and satisfied with the process and finished work. Jeff and his crew were on time, on budget and finished when they promised.Jeff kept us in the loop on the progress and alerted us to any challenges along the way. He (along with his crew) are top rate craftsmen who care about the work they do.We live in an older home and we are glad to have entrusted this project to Jeff and his team. We would recommend them to anyone. Also, the price was very competitive. Great work and thanks again.

Description of Work: We purchased an old home (1929) in south Minneapolis. The hardwood floors were covered with carpeting. Jeff came out, gave us an estimate (cheapest of 2) and did the work with absolutely no issues. His team also ripped out the old kitchen vinyl and refinished the fir floors underneath as well. The floors turned out beautifully and we could not be happier. Jeff and his team were easy to work with, arrived when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, and did the job for exactly what they said they would. We even had to do a little trim work between 2 rooms and they came up with a great solution for a very reasonable fee. We are completely satisified with the result and would recommend Jeff and his company to anyone considering refinishing their wood floors.

HE KEPT IN CONTACT AND HIS CREW SHOWED UP ON TIME - ALTHOUGH I WAS SURPRISED THAT JEFF WAS NOT THE ONE DOING THE WORK. ONE OF THE ROOMS THAT I HAD SANDED AND COATED W/ POLY LOOKS ABSOLUTELY GREAT. THE SMALL STAIR LANDING HAD SANDING SWIRLS AFTER THE FIRST COAT OF POLY, SO IT WAS RESANDED....UNFORTUNATELY A SMALL SANDER WAS USED AND THE CORNERS/EDGES WERE NOT RESANDED SO THE FLOOR NOW SHOWS SIGNIFICANT RIPPLES UNDER THE FINISH WHERE THE FLOOR IS UNEVEN AND WILL NEED TO BE REDONE SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE. PATCHING WORK I HAD DONE BY THE COMPANY WAS BELOW MY EXPECTATION. I ENDED UP HIRING ANOTHER COMPANY TO COMPLETE THE JOB....WHICH WAS A HASSLE. I THINK THE COMPANY IS VERY GOOD AT STRAIGHT SANDING/COATING JOBS. THEIR PRICE IS ALSO GOOD. BUT I''D ASK A LOT OF QUESTIONS ABOUT A MORE DETAILED/UNUSUAL PROJECT.
