Renewed Hardwood Floors did a great job. The wood is 100 years old and looks new, and at our request they used a matte finish that looks appropriate for the age of the house.

We had the best experience with Renewed Hardwood Floors! After checking out several contractors Renewed had the best price and was great in helping us choose the right material and installation for our needs. Service was wonderful, staff was really professional, and we love, love the results!

Jeff came out and took a look and told me that the scratches weren't doing any permanent harm to the wood and that he'd actually wait before doing any refinishing. And that even the best finish will still get scratches from dogs. I was really astounded by his honesty. I've never had someone out for a quote that recommended doing nothing! He probably saved us thousands over a less honest contractor. When we eventually do decide to have them refinished, we'll certainly be calling Renewed Hardwood back!

Jeff was unable to keep his appointment to provide a bid. Others were much more responsive and able to provide timely bids and were rated highly on Angie's List.

They were prompt, knowledgeable, personable, and did a BEAUTIFUL job. I almost cried when I first saw it. The job was done 2 months ago, and we haven't come across any problems. It was an expensive project, but we did receive quotes from others that were nearly identical. The only thing to note is that they had to take off trim all over to install the floors. They put it all back, but it did get chipped in multiple places. This was pointed out to us, and I think it was unavoidable.

Jeff quickly provided a quote quickly and was professional through the entire process. The output of his team was high quality. They took 2 bedrooms with hardwood floors that were covered by carpet for years and returned them to amazing condition. The work was suppose to take 3 days but the team worked hard and completed the project in 2 days. I would certainly hire Jeff again to do any future hardwood refinishing projects in my home.

This company never returned calls to us. Could have at least called to say they weren't interested.

Very happy with all the work. The new hallway hardwood floor matches perfectly with the 60 year old bedroom floors. Nice folks to work with and are priced competively.

The floors were in rough shape and they did a solid job refinishing them. The price was very competitive or better compared with other bids. They did a very good job of keeping mess and dust to a minimum. There were a few small details that prevented my rating from being an "excellent" like leaving a box of supplies on my front porch, putting a floor vent cover in a location I couldn't find, and not addressing a protruding nail (30 seconds could have fixed that then the finish in that spot would have been smooth). When I asked the owner, Jeff, to collect the box of supplies, find the air vent cover, and look at a small area that the finish didn't look consistent, he was responsive and came over the next day. They do good work at a good price, but do miss a couple of small details. I would likely use them again.

I was concerned about the new wood matching the 23 year old floor. They did a beautiful job matching up the new wood to the original wood. The floors look new again. Very happy with the results

Fell slightly behind schedule but still got the job done in a timely manner. Created some dust but that is normal and expected.

Jeff and his team were great. Contacted us and arrived just as we had had discussed (months before the actual install). They were fast and did excellent work. Clean and respectful crew, also re-installed doors and closet hardware once the floors were finished.

Everything went great. Our floors really needed work, we have 3 large dogs so there were dirt and water spots throughout. The floors were sanded and refinished and look like new. Everyone that has seen them since the refinishing is amazed at how great they look. The team was led by Brent, who was my primary contact, and always reliable, and Joe and Nate were part of the team as well. Very professional and great at what they do! Would definitely recommend them.

Jeff did absolutely beautiful work on our new living room floor, matching patterns with our old flooring, and finishing it all so perfectly you'd never know that the floors were done 13 years apart. He was punctual, professional, answered all of our questions and cleaned up after himself every day. He even finished up a day earlier than originally planned, which was wonderful considering how disruptive it is to replace flooring. Jeff is a highly skilled craftsman that I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who is installing new hardwood floors or refinishing existing floors.

The stairs and the landing look great! I received a response right away from the owner and Casey one of his employees did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. The company was professional and very easy to work with. The quote for the job was very reasonable and I received $50.00 discount since I was a on Angie's List. I love my stairs now and I wish I would of done it sooner!!!

The team, led by Brent, did an amazing job!! The floors were black, filthy, uneven and had multiple bad patch jobs from previous owners. Brent and his team did such a great job patching all the areas that no one can tell there were ever any issues, and the refinish job is shockingly good. I had no idea the floors were that beautiful underneath years of wear and tear. They brought them back to life. The team was also efficient and respectful. I was comfortable having them in my home throughout the process, and would without question use them again. I have already recommended them to a couple friends.

. The floors look great! The price was right, the project was completed within budget ? at a very competitive price! - and within the estimated length of time, a total of 9 days to complete the project, 4 days to install the new floors, followed by the sanding and the application of the various coats of varnish & stain. Existing oak flooring was sanded, stained and refinished to match new floors. The 2nd floor required a lot of angle-cutting, Jeff showed his skills when doing the cutting very precisely. Jeff came in early every day and he made himself available to answer our questions. Despite the chaos, Jeff and his team always left the house in a somewhat organized fashion and we were pleasantly surprised to find how little dust was left on the open surfaces. On the last day of the project we did a final inspection of the floors with Jeff. We are very happy with the work done, the house looks new. We would not hesitate to recommend Jeff and Renewed Hardwood Floors.

Before I get into detail my floors look 100 times better then they did and besides my 2 cons they did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone. 700 Sq feet or more sanded and refinished for 2000$. Pros - Contacted the company and he came pretty quick to give an estimate. Seemed in a hurry but it was on a Saturday so I was grateful he could come then. Decided to go with this company due to their ratings and price. The price was the most reasonable I found for about 700 sq feet of hardwood floor. At first he said he wouldn't be able to get started for 2 weeks but that changed a day later when a job fell through and he was able to get me in. Started on a Wednesday and Finished on Friday. Could walk on the floors again Saturday. The guys who performed the work were on time and professional. Definitely knew what they were doing. Did the closets and pantry at no extra cost. The pantry was in rough shape because I just pulled up old cabinets that had been there for 50+ years. They also re-stained a landing at the bottom of the main stairs for no extra cost which was nice. Cons - Only have 2 complaints, 1 - being they left the lights on 2 times when they left for the night. This was an issue because it was a house in Minneapolis with a large bay window so anyone could see the house was vacant. Fortunately I have one breaker for all the overhead lights and had access to the basement without walking on the floor to shut them off. 2 - the puddy they used to fill in the cracks between the wood is starting to crack. In their defense they were pretty good size cracks but I also think it didnt have the time to dry before they put the first coat of stain over it.

We worked with Brent and team and they were awesome! Brent was great right from the start. He sold me not only on the price, but his honesty and his passion for the quality of work they do. He came in and took a look at the pet stained floors and without hesitation told us they could be sanding out (2 other companies told has they had to replace boards which costs upwards of $25 a board!). His crew was always on time and Brent checked in every day to ensure the work was done to his expectations. When they were finished the floors looked unbelievable! Not a stain on the floor! Not only did they do an exceptional job, Brent also went over our options to ensure we were making the right decision (staining vs. natural finish). After going over what would make the most sense for our family we opted for the natural finish which was less money. We really couldn't be happier with the experience we had with Renewed Hardwood; would highly recommend using their service!

Amazing. Not dusty! I'm stunned at how much better they look! They are perfect, and great customer service. We are thrilled. Had them fix a 100 year old book case as well and they did a beautiful job on it. Thank you!!!!

We just bought our first house. We'd originally thought we could get away with not refinishing the hardwood floors, but once we got in here, we could see they were pretty damaged and scratched up from the previous owners/tenants pets. I called around to a bunch of companies--while all of them were more than willing to give me an estimate, every single place said they were booked until the end of August/first part of September. One woman I talked to went so far as to tell me that anyone that I talked to that WASN'T booked wasn't a good company. Okay lady. Jeff agreed to come over for an estimate and I expected that he'd tell us the same thing--that he was booked solid too. Nope. He came in on a Tuesday---gave us a an estimate on par to the others we'd received, and said he could fit us in starting the next day (!!!!!) before he and his crew left for a big job up north the following Monday. SOLD! Wednesday they sanded, first coat of poly Thursday, second on Friday, third on Saturday, done on Sunday. Jeff came over on Sunday morning to walk through the house with us to make sure we were satisfied with how the floors turned out, and we were. They look absolutely gorgeous. He gave us some tips on how to care for them and keep them clean. Not sure I'll need Jeff's services again for awhile, but I would definitely recommend Renewed!
