It was a father and son team, and they are very polite and I was very pleased with them.

He showed up half an hour early which we were not ready for him yet. People were expecting the water to be shut off between 1 and 3pm. He walked out without doing any work. He was rude, he said atleast we were early instead of late and he left without doing any work. Both men were very rude especially Gary. His helper came barging in the kitchen, he didn't even apologize. I felt like my house was being invaded by both of them. I used him twice before and he did an excellent work, but after this last experience I will not use him again.
Description of Work: Gary Williams from Renew Plumbing was supposed to repair and replaced and shut off valves in the bathroom and kitchen

Renew Plumbing installed a water heater 14 years ago at our residence. It finally bit the dust on the weekend (naturally). I called Gary up on Sunday. He gave me the installed price, said that he could get one ordered on Monday for installation on Tuesday. He called on Monday to confirm the installation time on Tuesday. He showed up as promised and we had hot water before noon. He found during final testing that the draft from the water heater was quite slow. He went outside and proposed a possible solution. I followed up with a chimney sweep company that fixed the problem.

Description of Work: Unplugged bathtub drain, repaired kitchen faucet, explained problem with tank running in bathroom toilet, that I could replace toilet, but probably is not necessary for resale. Also, explained how to use kitchen faucet so that the cartridge will last longer. |

I'm sorry you were dissatisfied. I see the report was made about 2.5 years after the work was done. I wonder when the faucet started leaking and if I supplied the faucet. I wish she would have called to let me know there was a problem. I would have tried to make it right.

I have used them for 10 years. He isn't cheap but I like quality. It's been what I have expected out of the company. He is excellent. He also gets the work done.
