Description of Work: I have been working with Steve Pederson of Realty Advisors since 1994. I have worked through about 7 home purchases/sales with Steve over the years. He is the most professional and detail conscious realtor I have ever encountered. Steve works through every detail of the transaction meticulously and looks out for his client's best interest every step of the way. He questions everything, researches past permits pulled on the home, and he knows which questions are critical to ask on your behalf to prevent any surprises down the line - and he knows exactly how to ask them. And Steve will not pressure you to accept or offer any amount in a transaction just to close the deal. Again, he only acts in the best interest of his clients. I can't imagine a real estate transaction without Steve's insight and experience. I highly recommend his services.
