I just wanted to say their technician Steve was good.

My experience with this company was very good. From my first phone call, to the 2 very friendly, capable plumbers who came to do the job. I felt they responded very quickly, they came the day after I called and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional.

The first plumber thought he had fixed the toilet, but it continued to run. They were very nice about coming back out. This time, the first plumber came back with a more experienced plumber, and they fixed it. The company was very helpful and concerned about fixing the problem correctly. The same two plumbers installed the new sump pump. They were very helpful, friendly and polite. They worked fast. I had been told that this project would take at least 1/2 a day with two workers, but they were done in a little more than 2 hours. They cleaned everything up very well. The new sump pump is working well and is much quieter. The pipe runs outside the house and they put on an attachment so I can attach a garden hose and use the water on my lawn (and get the water away from my house's foundation.)

Plumber was prompt for appointment and cleared drain in short time. He provided advice on prevention of problem.

He was very neat and clean and left me with no mess.

Al fixed one water spigot and replaced another. He did this very quickly and this was MUCH less expensive than a previous quote. He also answered some questions and was willing to work around another contractor who was there. I would definitely hire this company again and put in a request for Al!

We have had this company out before and have been very happy with both their work and their prices. Plumber did an excellent job. In addition, he was very personable and explained things as he went along. He replaced the inside shutoff with one much easier to use and brought the rest up to code. It looks so much better than it did and I am sure we will get excellent service from it.

Came the same day we called, called before coming, arrived on time and was very quick in getting the job done. His name was James.

I was completely satisfied with the work done and have already referred them to a friend. Randy was at my house within a couple hours after receiving my call. Everyone one from the receptionist to Randy were extremely pleasant to work with. Randy explained why the drains weren t working and then augured them, put the piping back together, made sure the drains worked and cleaned everything up. He was thorough and offered much advice on how to fix some other plumbing problems I had. I thought the price and how quickly everything got done were excellent and was very happy with their work.

On time, very polite, explained the price estimate before beginning work. I am planning on using them again, to do the plumbing for a new dishwasher.

I called for service this morning, expecting to wait at least a few days for an appointment. The receptionist told me that there had been a cancellation and that she could send 2 plumbers over in 30 minutes! Wow! They arrived on-time, wore shoe covers, explained to me the problem, and fixed it within 45 minutes. I can't believe I put off fixing this leak for over a year- it was so easily taken care of! I will absolutely use Randy Lane again and recommend them to all of my clients! They were very courteous and professional. The ONLY reason I give them a B for professionalism is because they didn't put a stool back in the closet where they had taken it from and I had to ask them to put the access panel back on before they left. No big deal though.

The first guy they sent did not do a thorough job, but they sent the foreman the next time. He did a wonderful job, fixed everything up and even gave me a discount for my troubles. They were fast, efficient, and reliable. They really do guarantee all work-no questions asked.

Al came and confirmed, we had a broken drain pipe in the basement, from our kitchen sink. Brian Lane gave us an estimate of $1695, which included replacing about 20 feet of drain pipe, replacing the drain pipe system under the kitchen sink, unclogging a bathroom sink, and replacing a bath spout. This did not include busting up the cement floor to get to the drain pipe, which we had already done ourselves, or replacing the cement floor. This seemed high, so we went with Norblom Plumbing, who performed the exact same work for $729.50 and did an excellent job. Part of what made us leery of Randy Lane, was that while Brian was looking at the pipe situation, he lamented the fact that people think he makes a lot of money, and that he actually has a lot of expenses, etc. I'm sure that's true, but discussing that with a potential customer, does not inspire confidence.

Arrived on time, friendly, worked diligently on the problem, willing to explain the process, etc. Good experience. $600 seemed a little steep for putting in a shower drain and hooking it up to the existing sewer line.

It was a fabulous, seamless experience. They had a secretary set up a convenient time to come over, came on time, put me at ease, communicated what was wrong in simple terms, described what they were doing at all times, and were done quickly. I asked if they could install a shower head different than the one I had. Jim happened to have one, gave it to me really cheaply, and installed it at no extra charge. I would recommend these guys to my grandmother.

My entire experience was very professional. They charge by the hour, and they earned their pay - no slacking. My only complaint is that in unclogging the drain, they created a hole in an old, weakened segment of pipe. This was discovered in an unrelated follow-up call, but they took care of it.

Though everyone I talked to was very courteous and professional, their estimate was twice that of the plumber we chose to do the work. I was also disappointed that they recommended we replace our brand-new spigot with a frost-free as part of the repair work -- unnecessary work that we were not interested in.

He confirmed the toilet was not leaking. We went to the basement and the rafters were not wet. He also could not figure out why I was hearing the banging of the pipes but thought it could have been from the kitchen faucet. He fixed the faucet, and now it runs with full pressure. He gave me a senior citizen discount, as well as the Angie's List discount.

The plumber called before coming and showed up as promised. The work was done quickly (within a half hour), so the charge was basic price.

They were very prompt in coming out and very accommodating with busy schedules. They were very timely. I thought that they did a wonderful job in diagnosing the situation. It is nice to see plumbers that are not trying gouge and that they are not trying to milk a customer.

Guys were on time. Did a good job. Professional and knowledgeable.

I called with a specific problem (overflowing toilet that couldn't be plunged) and instead of coming out to my house and charging me an arm and a leg, he referred me to a line cleaning service that specialized in my problem. I appreciated the guidance and advice - and the responsiveness. I'll definitely use them again!

Our pipe was leaking and Randy Lane sent someone out the next day. The plumber who came out did not have the right equipment or parts to do the repair but explained what needed to be done, ordered the parts, and scheduled a time to come out the next week. A different plumber showed up to actually do the work and again did not have the right parts or equipment. He also said it would take two people to do the job. Once again, we scheduled a time for the repair. That next time they had the right parts and equipment and successfully replaced the pipe. During the course of the work, the toilet had to be removed, and when they put it back, they did not level it, so it wobbled. I called and Randy Lane sent someone out later in the week to fix it. Overall, I'm happy with the work, but this is the first time I've felt mislead by other reviews. I chose this company because it had so many great reviews, but they certainly didn't live up to an ''A'' for me.
