Went fine. Cheapest to do the job, and was easy and painless.

He did exactly what we needed him to, and told me why we have had some of the plumbing problems we've experienced in our house. He did it quickly and charged us the minimum fee. He was right on time.

Showed up on time and did the work quickly and efficiently.

They were great! We discovered the leak in our utility room on Sunday morning. After finding Randy Lane's listing here, I left a voice mail detailing what we needed. I received a return call in less than an hour and said, if we could wait until Monday a.m., we'd avoid a weekend/emergency service charge. Great! We scheduled the appointment for 8 a.m. Monday, and they arrived on time! The whole repair was completed in less than an hour without a mess. Highly professional and highly recommended!

The workers were very nice. I had to leave and I felt comfortable leaving my daughter there. I didn't have to stay there the entire time which was nice.

Our home has top grade copper through out and the workers did not have it available on their truck.

Overall, he did a good job. I asked why we were having so much water damage below the toilet and he realized that the tile floor in the bathroom is crooked so the water pools below the floor, thus the extra bad damage to our ceiling below the bathroom. The other nice thing is when I called to make the appointment, the lady who answered the phone actually talked me through how to reseal the toilet myself so I wouldn't even have to hire them, however, we realized that we don't have time to do it ourselves so we ended up hiring out anyway.

Fabulous! Came out just a few hours after I called, the repair person was very neat, polite, professional and knew just what was wrong. He gave us several options and was clear about the implications of each. We were very pleased with the work and will call them again.

GREAT!!!! I truly do not think they charged me for the time it took to locate and get the part. The part cost represents $240 of the cost of the job.

They had to open walls and run copper piping (from previously piped supply lines). They finished installing following plastering and painting. They did good work, timely, and they are a pleasant company to work with. They are highly recommended.

Both projects were completed within a day of my initial contact with the company. Staff was pleasant, professional. The heating system in our 90-year old home is a tricky combination of old metal radiators and baseboard fin tube heat in an addition. When, what turned out to be an air bubble in the lines of one of the zones kept that area from heating, the company returned within two hours of my call to them. Toasty warm now!

Their bid was $3500 less than others. extremely professional. They don't charge for an estimate which is hard to find these days.

Fixed everything - did very good work, but I think they should have gotten the leak the first time. There were two separate trips, should have been one, but they did give me a little bit of a discount on the second.

We were satisfied with the quality. Minor problems were fixed quickly. The warehouse gave us the wrong cabinet. They came back that afternoon to install it (very nice). Professionalism wasn't great. They used several of our items for their process: a garbage can (now rust stained), dogs water dish (yuck!), kids playmat (dirty). They shattered a mirror, did not offer to replace it. AFTER installing our tub he told us we overpaid (went where he recommended). Say something BEFORE installing, too late now! During install of toilet/sink, they told us the 2 were too close & wouldn't pass inspection (should ve got custom/narrow cabinet & sink). We're not plumbing code experts & relied on them for these details BEFORE buying fixtures. The inspector let it go, but it was added worry & could've been an expensive error. We found 1 run of supply line was a reused, old section. That pipe may have been fine, but we paid for new. We had to argue & he wasn't too happy about re-plumbing this stretch.

I called on a Tuesday afternoon to schedule service, the customer service representative was friendly and very well informed. I was able to schedule time for the next day, which worked out perfectly with our schedules. Our service representative arrived early, but called beforehand to confirm the time worked for us. He was clean, professional, considerate of our home and white carpeting, etc. He worked quickly and efficiently and communicated with us about isues he discovered, costs, and next steps. After the repair work was completed, the workspace was immaculate. We had a very good experience with this company.

James was very pleasant and careful. Faucet repair didn't turn out that great. The hammering/screeching noise that had first prompted my call was still a problem after he was gone. The firm did send someone back to redo the repair, with somewhat better results.

It took about 3 hours. The person showed up 1.5 hours later than expected, but did a good job cleaned up when the job was done. The cost was reasonable (they gave me a rough estimate over the phone, because the job was fairly small). This was done 2 months ago and we've had no problems with the filtered water system or the faucet. I should note, I had called a different company first, because a contracter referred me to them for smaller jobs. They charged $59 to come and do an estimate even after I explained the work I wanted to be done, then gave me an estimate of $1,200 for the job. That seemed unreasonable, and I was upset I had to pay for the estimate after I realized most plumbers, with this size job, would give a rough estimate for the job rather than charge to come out. Randy Lane did a very good job and I think the cost was fair.

Needless to say, I'd had enough. The estimate said nothing about me removing the sink, and the receptionist called back a few days later to inform me she was mistaken. Too late; thankfully I had found another company that came in with a lower price, did the work without hassle, was on-time and did quality work. This company seemed to have good intentions, but was highly unorganized and gave me poor customer service.

The plumber was punctual, and worked quickly to replace the damaged piping. He was very polite and showed me how the piping was damaged before he got my okay to replace it.

Plumber was very professional, honest and friendly. They'll come back to install a new instant hot water heater, even if we buy it ourselves!

Randy Lan and Sons Plumbing really saved my new sink and faucet which I did not want to be replaced. They took the time to evaluate the problem completely and undid what I believe was an incorrect initial installment. The sink now works beautifully. Scheduling an appointment was easy, staff professional, knowledgeable and punctual.

They stated they would be at my house between 10:00 and 2:00. They arrived promptly at 10:00 and the work was completed in under an hour at an amount much less than the quote.

The plumber was two hours late. I did get one call from the office stating just before he was supposed to be here stating he would be 30-45 minutes late. I had to call after an hour to see where he was. Once he got here the work was done to my satisfaction.

The plumber was on time, very pleasant, and kept working. He seemed very knowledgeable. The person who answered the phone on Saturday was very helpful and again on Monday morning. I was really very pleased with their response, the fact that they were able to complete the work on the first visit, and that my ability to use my water was restored!

Great - they needed an extra part for one of the leaky faucets, and came back the next day (Saturday) to install it.
