Called for an appointment and had no difficulty arranging a time. Repairman showed up 5 minutes before scheduled time. Immediately got to work, determined problem, and gave me a sense about how much it would cost. Was courteous.

I was very pleased. It was excellent service. They came out the same day. The person I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. I had originally spoken to another company and they wouldn't give me an estimate over the phone. I felt it was reasonable for a plumber. The tech came out and was very pleasant, had it fixed in 10 minutes and it was finished. I was very pleased. He was courteous and professional and I would definitely use them again.

It was a very minor job requiring some cutting and adding a new elbow. I requested the first call of the day because it would only take 10 minutes to fix. But Al was 20 minutes late to a 8:30am appointment, though I appreciated his call to alert me to his tardiness. However, he did not have the part (a standard elbow joint) on his truck. I accepted his offer to have me pay the $100 for the first half hour (since it was only going to take 10 minutes) and let me leave and he would lock up. The work looks fine and awaits City inspection. The permit was another issue. It took 10 days for the company to get the permit because their credit card was not being accepted by the City. Then I was charged $75.50 for the permit that actually cost $63.75. Other plumbers I have used pass on only the charge and do not add what the company called "handling" costs. I called about this matter to share my concern, and even suggested a separate line item for permit processing. I was rebuffed.

Plumber arrived punctually as promised. Good presence, highly professional. There was a little misunderstanding, perhaps caused because instructions of what to do were given over the phone and I was not at home to check progress and completion of work. Plumber actually installed valve under the existing dishwasher, not under the sink as requested. When installers of new dishwasher returned a couple days later, I then realized the new shut-off valve was installed under old DW, and not under the sink. Installers had to leave and asked to reschedule installation again once the new shut-off was installed. I called Randy Lane Plumbing back, explained what happened, I talked to the plumber who understood what the problem was, and he promised to return in 2 days. He returned as promised, and this time job was done according to specs. Valve is nicely installed, old water line was capped flush to the floor. Great job, and they are now in my call-to list next time I need a plumbing service.

They were very friendly, polite and courteous. They cleaned up very well. The ending cost was the same as their estimate. I would use them for a bigger job if I had one. They were recommended to me by friends and I would, in turn, recommend them to others.

My husband was fairly pleased as I was out of town. The sink had a small gap between the counter and sink. We notified them about the problem and they came out the same day to fix.

I was very pleased with the first employee who came to remove the sink.. but the employee they sent the second time I was very disappointed with. He was completely nocommunicative... there was a concern with the installation of the sink, and he didn't tell me, just glued it to the wall and told me later. Then, I asked him to remove the tub spout so I could take off a metal tile behind it - that was all I asked him to do, but he removed the tub spout and the handles ... when I came home from work, I then discovered he had also removed the shower head (which was nowhere near where I was tiling) and disconnected the shower curtain from the wall. None of this was (a) requested nor (b) needed to retile the lower part of the wall. I was very frustrated at his lack of communication. The sink looks and works great ... but I wish I had watched him more closely.

It went very well. On time, friendly, careful about not tracking dirt on the carpet, excellent work, explained what he did.

Excellent service from the big job to the littler jobs. Both service men were great! They actually suggested a few things/adjustments that took a second or two of their time to do, so no added cost to me yet what a difference for me in my home. Thanks so much!!

Amazing, fixed everything. Jeremy even noticed I had a missing piece on the end of a faucet and he fixed it without charge. Already signed them up to do some commercial work for us!

I needed an emergency replacement of water heater. I called and talked to office person, and left two messages with that woman to have Brian call me back for appointment. No one ever called. Very unhappy with lack of follow through. Used another plumber.

Toilet found plugged after two day absence from home due to work and business out of town. Looked up nearest Plumbing Co. They were out to my home exactly at the time promised (important as I'm a night graveyard) nurse waiting to go to sleep. Kind and courteous administrative office staff, and courteous plumber on arrival: took the time to take off his boots before walking onto my off-white carpeting. Very appreciated.

They were prompt and had the repairs done in about an hour. I haven't had any plumbing work done in quite a while and did not solicit bids for this work. Therefore, I am not able to rate the price without a comparison.

The one thing I wasn't happy with was the fact that they didn't get all the work done that I wanted but then again they didn't charge me for it either.

Tech called as he was ready to leave earlier job and was on time. Did his work quickly and was easy to deal with. He cleaned up afterwards. Office staff was helpful and friendly. They offered the best price of several other companies that were listed by Angie's List by $200.

At 3:30pm I hadn't heard from them so I called to see what was going on. The office seemed hesitant to say anything and suggested I call the plumber directly and gave me his cell. They did say that he was in Brooklyn Park which is quite far from my place. So I called the plumber. He seemed a bit surprised that I called but said that he was still working the current job. He then got a call from the office in the middle of our conversation and so said he'd call me back. He did, with even worse news. The office wanted him to go to another job in Brooklyn Park next. So at this point we were looking at hours before he'd even be thinking about coming to my place. I told him to just forget it. I'd call someone else. I never heard back from them.

Job 1: Disappointing, but that's not their fault in the least. Timely professional work. Job 2: This is a follow up to my report of 1/5 when we couldn't find access to the main line. It had been sheet rocked in. I was happy to have them come back and do the job. It seemed to help a bit that I layed down some tarps for him to save him some time. Great job. Very thorough when it came to getting the plug back in to make sure it didn't leak. Cudo's also to the woman who did the scheduling. I'm sorry I've forgotten her name, but she knew mine and was very helpful in setting up the time.

The plumber was excellent. He was prompt did the job quickly. He also checked the other toilet in the house to make sure it was running properly.

I really appreciated the quick appointment; they schedule an appointment for the very next day. They did quick work, had good clean up, and were kind enough to tighten the faucet handle without us asking!

I guess the cost seems a bit high, but I don't know what to compare it with. I do feel better knowing my plumbing is alright now and have proof for any potential buyers.

The plumber came on time, checked the toilet and ordered the parts so that they arrived the next business day for installation.

I REQUESTED AL, AND HE RETURNED IN OCTOBER TO INSTALL WHAT I HAD ORDERED FROM THEM, PLUS THE NICE DELTA KITCHEN FAUCET I HAD ORDERED FROM, eFaucets.com, THAT COST A GOOD SUM LESS (COST+SHIPPING) THAN HOME DEPOT HAD PRICED THEIRS. AL'S BILL AFTER INSTALLING ALL THE FIXTURES WAS $520 AFTER MY ANGIE'S LIST COUPON, AND THAT PRICE INCLUDED $220 IN MATERIALS. THESE PARTS INCLUDED THE CRITICAL HOLDERS THAT THE SHOWER HEADS NEEDED TO FIT ONTO THE WALL BAR. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THEM OFFERED ANYWHERE ELSE. WE'LL BE CALLING AL AND RANDY LANE AGAIN, AND RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

The Plumber called ahead to make certain that it was okay for him to come. He was on time, courteous and pleasant, conscientious, and clean. He worked carefully and expeditiously and was very thorough. He cleaned the work areas when he was done, and gave good advice and information on maintaining the plumbing system.

They were supposed to give me a call before the appointment. I never received a phone call and never heard, nor saw them again.
