They were very good and the guy who came out was very nice. They were done very quickly as well. Their price was fair. They also were here when they said would be here and finished fast. I would use them again.

Plumber arrived on time, but for some reason he couldn't finish the work in one visit, so I arranged to leave work early the next day as well. Then he didn't show up the next day. When I called the office, Barb apologized profusely and tried to make arrangements for him to come yet that evening, but I had something scheduled for that evening and I couldn't take another afternoon off work. I finally had to make arrangements for my Mom to come to my house the next day. They asked me to leave a key for them so they could finish the job, but I didn't want to do that. The work was completed, but the area in which he was working was not left very neat. Even though he knew he was replacing a water heater he didn't even bring a hose to empty the water heater so I had to dig a hose out of the garage. Then he left the hose in the drain and the lid off the drain. That was just a little thing, but would have been nice if he had at least picked things up a little bit and not tracked in so much mud.

With no hot water and finding water under the water heater, I called them (after checking Angies List) for help. All in the same day, they brought a replacement water heater, intending to install it only if the old one was not repairable. The old one was corroded, so they replaced it. Mary was extremely helpful on the telephone when I called. The old water heater was still under warranty, so the cost was only for installation of the new one.

Great - they came on time, did what they said they would do, cheerfully answered a bunch of my stupid questions along the way, and charged what they said they would!

It went OK, I was scheduled for an appt and the guy did not show. The ladies at the office were great and accommodating and got someone out right away. I was quoted a price of $100 for first 1/2 hour and $34 dollars per 15 minutes thereafter. The plumber was at my home for 45 minutes, I got charged $138, but they had told me they would knock off the first $100 due to the scheduling blunder. I guess they decreased the amount by $100, but then charged me the 15 minute rate for the 45 minute block--it was equal to no real discount for my trouble. They ladies in the office were so great and worked so hard to get someone to my house that I would have kept this plumber forever, even without an offer of a discount. When the discount was turned out to be not what it seemed, I was turned off and will not use this company again.

They are very nice to deal with. I have used them before years ago. They are professional and good at what they do. They are a pleasure to work with. I don't know how much other plumbers charge but they seem reasonable for the work they do.

When I initially called, they fit me in the next day. Unfortunately, they forgot about my appointment, but when I called to follow up, they had someone at my house within 2 hours. I really felt they went all out for a fairly non-emergency problem. I appreciated that! The technician quickly fixed my leaky garbage disposal - showed me how to fix it myself next time and snaked out my drain. He had them both working within a half hour.

I called Randy Lane after checking them out on Angie's list, because an exterminator had found a hole in the waste water pipe in our basement where a rat had crawled in from the sewer. Lin Pearson came to our home @ 7:30am on a Thursday. What can you say about a guy who will actually locate a dead rat in your basement, dispose of the remains, and clean the area. Not part of the job description for sure. He secured the point of entry until he could come back the following Monday. He came in under the estimate for time and did a wonderful thorough job. We were very pleased with him and his work.

He was great. He prices were really good. He came out the same day that I called. He was just wonderful.

We have used them before and they have always been super. They show up on time, are friendly and very neat. We will continue to use them in the future.

It went extremely well. Mike showed up on time as promised, inspected the water line in the basement and scoped out the installation. He had all of the parts he needed, worked efficiently, and had my ice maker and filtered water working in about an hour. Connecting the stove to the gas line was a little more challenging, but only because the connection that came with the stove was not up to code. Mike had a line in his truck, and was able to get the stove connected in about an hour. Total time on the job was a little more than two hours, and the work was done very well. The price might seem a little steep, but compared to the other top-rated service provider in this category, the cost was very reasonable.

We were able to schedule someone to come out almost immediately. When the plumber came, he was very friendly and helpful. When I scheduled the appointment, they were very upfront about minimal costs. I had not had this experience with other companies. He finished the work and was on his way in about forty-five minutes.

Very well! The new toilet & bathtub fixtures look very nice. I purchased the fixtures and they came & installed them. The plumber was polite, prompt & professional.

We had a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom down into the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom. Donnie came out within an hour of our call, and looked at the damage. He correctly diagnosed a faulty wax ring on the upstairs toilet, and after replacing it, checked to make sure the leak had stopped. He did a great job cleaning up and re-installing the toilet. All work done in under an hour. I would definitely hire them again.

The person I called to schedule the appointment with was very pleasant, and someone was able to come out promptly to give us an estimate. However, the estimate was much higher than another company we received a bid from, so we decided to go with the other company.

I found their company on Angie's List and contacted them since they received such high ratings. They were friendly while setting up the appointment. The plumber (I cannot remember his name) arrived on time and was very professional. He got the job done quickly and left everything as clean as it was when he arrived. I will definitely call them again and would recommend them to a friend

Overall the experience was good. The plumber was on time, courteous, and talked me through what he was doing and why. I had asked for an estimate of cost when I set up the appointment and the final cost of the work was within the estimate, which I appreciated.

Al was extremely personable, responsive, and did great work. I couldn't have been happier...and the price tag was just amazing.

Al did a great job. He was friendly, professional, courteous and efficient. He came back to my home a bit earlier than he thought, had all of the parts required, and said it would take less than an hour. He had the old toilet removed in less than 5 minutes. Al asked for some old cloths and cleaner to clean the area where the old toilet was. He did all the cleaning work, hauled the new toilet in, and I swear he had the new one flushing in under 20 minutes. A few minutes later he said he was done and he really had the project done, everything cleaned up, etc.
