They gave me a quote and did the work when they said they would. They clean up their mess whenever they are finished with a job. I highly recommend them.

The plumber talked me out of what I originally was going to do and suggested a cheaper repair. While he was at my home, I asked him if he could possibly fix a couple of other annoyances. He was happy to do so and was quick with the work, meticulous and the price was right.

The experience was very good. They were always pretty responsive and they did excellent work. I would hire them again in the future and I've already recommended them to others.

I was extremely happy. He washed his hands in my sink and noticed that my faucet was crooked. He fixed it for no charge. They came the day after I called and I was very pleased.

I called just after 7:AM and explained that I had leaking pipe in basement easily accessible but was leaving town at 4:PM that day. Asked if plumber could perform the service before 4:PM. Was told yes and was given 11:AM to 1:PM arrival window. At noon I called because no communication. Was told plumber is completing job and should arrive at 1:00. At 1:00 called again was told plumber was still on prior job but should be done by 1:30. Called again before 2:00 was told scheduler would call plumber and call me back. At 2:15 having received no call back, called office again and was told plumber still on other job expected to be done after 3:00 and would be at my house by 4:00. I said that was too late. Asked if anyone else on staff could do work before I had to leave town was told no. Informed plumber that I took a chance on highly recommended Angie's List plumber and expected more. Very disappointed, vacation plans were impacted. Would never recommend this provider and am questioning the value of Angie's List.

It broke late the night before house guests were to arrive. We didn't have time to run around to find the part. Since it was late at night, we sent an e-mail. We had a friendly call-back first thing the next morning. Al was scheduled to be there at 1:00 p.m. He arrived on time (we were late getting to our house; he called us and then kindly waited). He couldn't locate the part at hardware stores nearby, so he returned the next day with the correct part. Al was professional, explained the work he was doing, he took care of disposing of all old parts and cleaning up the work area. He gave us part numbers for the future.

They have came out two times and have tried to fix this problem. The first time they made the hot and cold opposite, so they created that problem. It has been two times that they have been out and it is still not fixed. We are having them come again.

He covered out floors and took away all of the waste materials from the job. He was also very prompt and pleasant to work with. I was very pleased with the overall job that they did. The work that he performed has worked perfectly since.

First visit was disappointing-plumber broke the bowl, did not clean up or caulk adequately. However, when the toilet starting leaking again a couple months later they sent someone else who took everything apart, told me it just needed additional loving care, cleaned up and caulked afterwards and was very pleasant and professional throughout. There was no charge and now that I know they stand behind their work, I will definitely hire again.

Non-stop from start to finish. Donny, the man assigned to do our work, sized up the job, explained what he was going to do, and with a very pleasant, polite, and respectful manner, completed the very professionally done job in the time he estimated it would take. Donny is the best!!!

The experience with them was outstanding. They had a fair price and good service and good people. Everything was just perfect and couldn't have been better.

They came a gave a bid and stuck to the bid. They completed the job in a timely manor. They cleaned up after they were done. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

They person who came was very professional. They seemed willing to find the source of the problem. I was very comfortable having them inside my home. The same person came out both times.

They were very cautious and they fixed the leaky, dripping, faucet in my kitchen and the slow drain in my bathroom. They arrived on time and the bill was less than I expected it to be.

Excellent. Worked quickly, carefully. Asked questions when they had them. Cleaned up very well.

This includes 2 separate service calls. Having 2 weeks to get my dad s house fixed and ready for sale we had a long list of plumbing needs. First call Al arrived right on time to meet the sewer inspection guys and provide what they needed in terms of access to the sewer lines. From there he went down my list fixing one thing at a time working around other contractors until the list was complete. When we had purchased the wrong flapper for a (30-year-old) toilet and incorrect connectors for a faucet he explained what we needed (instead of selling us off his truck at a higher price) and was still on-site and able to install the correct parts once we found them. Second call was after we had left town service man called when arriving at and leaving the home. All work done to complete satisfaction very pleased.

They did a really good job, told us where to get faucets because we have an older home. We had to have a code thing and he installed it for us. A few days later we realized that it was leaking and they came right out with a new one. Didn't ask any questions and did the repair.

They did a very good job. They were very polite and very helpful. They got the job done quickly. They came in and got what I needed done finished and they did it right the first time.

I called on a Monday morning after unsuccessfully trying to fix our toilet that wouldn't stop running ourselves. The receptionist answered the phone and let me know that they would either be able to come out that afternoon or the next day at the latest, and someone would call me back in an hour to let me know. The plumber called back about an hour later and said he could be out in 30 minutes if that would work. He came out, quickly replaced the parts and fixed the toilet. He was very polite and professional. It wasn't cheap, but plumbing never is! I would use this firm again.

We had a toilet (our only one!) that stopped flushing. They sent Donny out the day after I called. He was so wonderful. He determined that, unfortunately, our Flushmate was dead. We were undecided about buying our own vs. just paying them and having them deliver one and install it. After he left, he came back about 10 minutes later to measure the the toilet so we knew what to look for. After going to two stores, we decided to purchase from them. We called and the staff was wonderful and patient with us. The new toilet was installed the following day in about an hour. And Donny hauled the old one away.

They were excellent. They were very friendly and professional. I am planning on using in future. He didn't waste anytime. He is very knowledgeable. I have recommended him to my friend.

The water filtration system wasn't very reliable. It started to leak after awhile. They had great on the phone service. They arrived quickly and on time. I would consider them to be very professional.

The price is fine, and I would give them all A's. Al is the guy who is really good. They are prompt, and reasonably priced. They come out in the middle of the night and they have been very helpful.

Called company and within 3 hrs, a plumber arrived and repaired kitchen sink leak. Office people very courteous and professional as was plumber. Very positive experience. Asked if we were Angie's List members and applied additional discount. For any of my future plumbing needs they will be the first number I will call.

It went just okay. A job that was estimated to take 2-4 hours took 2 days. The plumber (Al) forgot to re-stock his truck in the morning and showed up without copper tubing supplies, had to make a trip to the hardware store. He also missed the instructions as to where I wanted the new faucet mounted. So once he had it installed the first time, he had to remove it and move it to the new location. But all that being said, he was very professional and thorough. He always took his shoes off and/or covered the floor and cleaned up at the end of the day. I'm a stickler for vendors remembering the name of the person that is paying their wages (me) and Al was very good at that, which left a good impression on me.
