Didn't respond to two e-mail requests for an estimate.

It went very well, they were very pleasant to work with and they followed through very well. He took care of getting the parts and getting us taken care of.

He quickly found the problem, and offered two possible fixes, outlining the pros and cons of each method. He explained very well, was courteous, and arrived on time. Strongly recommended.

My mom was there to meet him and she said he was very good at explaining everything. She took notes to show me later what I needed to have done to meet code.

For the first visit, I had wet spots in the basement but wasn't sure were the water was coming from & a bathroom sink that stopped working suddenly. The plumber arrived the day after I called at least 30 minutes early. He identified the sources of the water in less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately, my house has non-standard size pipes & they were unable to locate the matching size. So, he had to repair & reuse the U joint in the sink. One of the pipes leaking in the basement replaced easily. The other one, not so easily. The water had to be shut off at the street but the valve was frozen open. The only way to replace it was with the water on. It took him about 30 minutes to repair the pipe with the water on, it resembled a fire hydrant being flushed. He was completely soaked when done. For the second visit, I noticed some water spots in the basement after all of the above work had been done. He came on the requested date, early again. It turned out the base of the toilet had cracked. He replaced the toilet & all related plumbing except for the sewer drain.

They came the same day that I called them and they knew exactly what was causing the problem, and fixed it. I have used them multiple times since that occasion and am very happy with the work they do.

The work was completed swiftly and the customer service from the office staff was top rate.

The toilet was running continuously, and I could not turn the shut-off valve under the tank. The first plumber I called could not come out until the next day. The second plumber I called, I had to leave a voice mail, and no one called me back. When I called Randy Lane and Sons, the woman I spoke with said she could get someone out in about an hour and a half, and that he would call when he was on his way. A little over an hour later, the plumber called to let me know he would be here in about 20 minutes, which he was. When he got here, he explained what he needed to do and explained the parts needed and the price. The repair was done quite quickly, and the area where he worked was completely clean after he was done.

I called on a Monday morning - and they had a cancellation, so a plumber was able to come out immediately. Since there was a leak under my bathroom sink, I was thrilled! We discussed a few extra things my husband wanted checked out, which the plumber was able to fit in that morning. We even figured out a way for me to save some money, and I ran out to the hardware store to buy some supplies which saved me around $100.00 (as opposed to buying the same supplies from the plumber). I really did appreciate that! He did end up being there for almost 3.5 hours, which was a hefty bill, but what he did in that time, my husband figured it would have taken him closer to 6 or 7 hours! The plumber did nice, clean work, and we think it was money well spent, and my husband and I didn't have to fight about anything! :)

They came with all tools ready. Were exactly on time. No mess created while doing the fix. Left with no mess when they were done. Very prompt. Very professional. Very good work. Called on Thursday and they fixed it for me on Friday.

The technician arrived promptly, worked quickly and was very pleasant. I knew the seal needed to be replaced but he also recommended a replacement to the cheap wall seal that was about to give out. A few extra bucks to save myself a hassle in the near future. Will definitely hire for any future plumbing needs!

Repairman arrived on time and even though the job took longer than he expected it to, he only charged me for the time he had originally told me it would take. He had more trouble than he expected in replacing the spigot but kept with it and I'm pleased with the result.

The service was excellent. The plumber was able to complete the nine items on my list in three hours, including crawling in the very tight and dirty crawl space to hang some copper piping that was draped across the floor. There was much attention to detail, and all service was completed with the utmost professionalism. Much time was spent trying to determine the reasons for the two clogs, which were ultimately determined to not be due to clogged drains but to problems with the toilet itself and the basement floor drain.

I called on Monday asking for service Wednesday afternoon. The call was taken by a woman identifying herself as "Mary Lou." She was friendly and eager to schedule the work to fit my needs. A plumber named Donnie called Wednesday to tell when he would arrive. He showed up as promised and set out to do the work carefully, explaining options and cleaning up any mess he made. He too was friendly and very professional. While plumbing is always more expensive in the Twin Cities than we'd like, Donnie worked fast and thus kept the charges to a minimum considering all that he accomplished. A real bargain compared to another plumbing outfit I have used.

Prompt service. Made the repair as quickly and cheaply as possible.

They were competent and fast. They had inventive ideas to drain our water system.

The company was able to dispatch Donny to us before noon the morning after we called (we had a gas leak over the weekend and had to turn the gas off to the house). The gas company told us that the repair was likely to be costly due to the difficult location and old pipes in the house. But Donny was able to find a solution that was less expensive than we feared and also took a lot less time. He was also very pleasant and explained everything to us before he started and cleaned up when he left. We were really pleased with the whole experience as it was much more positive than we thought it would be.

I called this morning and came out immediately. In addition to fixing the leaky pipe, they also replaced the faucet outside. Overall, it was a good experience.

The company returned my call promptly and immediately referred me to another company that specialized in drain clearing. I appreciated the referral, and the job went perfectly.

the gentlemans name is Al, he did the repairs. He came across as a friendly and easy going guy, very professional and respectful. He offered to take his shoes off, but I told him not to bother. Went right to work, tackling the toilet first. Everything went smoothly with the wax ring and the replacement of the internal plumbing of the toilet. He didn't have the caps that mount over the hardware to secure the toilet to the floor, so he offered to go to a nearby hardware store on his time. I thought it was a nice gesture on his part to make sure everything was done right down to the small details.

When I called to set up an appointment, the employees in the office were very friendly and gave me a lot of information. The plumber that came out was friendly and did good work. The price was fair for the work that was done. I will use this company again in the future.

It went wonderful they were promp, they came to work on time, they were very clean, and they were courteous and knew what they were doing, and they were very professional.

It went really well. They were really nice. They came out. He divided it up for what was for insurance and what we had to pay. The people that do the work for us were great and accommendating. They were very nice and personable. They really seemed to know what they were doing. Everything seems to be working fine.

They were friendly guys. They were professional and flexible. They worked well in a chaotic situation. Their office staff was on top of everything and it all got done in a timely manner.

Two people came the first day, a plumber and a trainee. The plumber was dressed in a dirty "wife beater" t-shirt, which was, I thought, a little unprofessional (though maybe plumbers dress that way?). They determined that the bathroom tub leak was due to a need for caulking. The plumber had to make a trip to the hardware store to get parts and ultimately determined that the faucet itself was faulty and had to be replaced. I paid $172.00 and they left. A little later that day, I discovered that there was a bigger leak in the tub. I called and told them that, even though I knew they couldn't fix the sink faucet, there was a new drip in the tub faucet and I felt like I had spent the money, but nothing had changed. The person I spoke with was very gracious and said that they wanted to make it right. They sent the same plumber back the next day. He installed a faucet (for which I was charged $68.00). I considered that fair. They also did not charge me for the service call that day, which I also thought was fair. The plumber fixed the tub problem also (though he needed to go to the hardware store again). All in all, the company finished the work and I believe the price was relatively fair. It was a hassle, though, and unless it's customary for plumbers, I thought it would have been more professional if he were cleaner.
