When I turned the water on to an outside faucet on Memorial Day, I discovered that the pipe had burst over the winter, causing a small flood in a wood-paneled room in my basement. I called Randy Lane & Sons the next day and they were able to get someone out that week. They called ahead to let me know they were on the way, then arrived promptly. We reviewed the miscellaneous plumbing issues (things I wasn't going to have someone come out and look at by themselves, but since they were there), then Ron got started on pulling paneling off the wall to get at the burst pipe, while his assistant worked on the bathroom sink drain. Everything on the list was completed, and the price was lower than I thought it would be.

Called in the morning to schedule an appt and they were able to send someone over that same day. As arranged, the plumber (John) called my cell as he was on his way (which was a little earlier than the estimated time frame) and was so kind to wait while I finished running a quick errand before meeting at our house. He was professional, honest, and did a beautiful job installing the new faucet. We would definitely use Randy Lane & Sons again for any future plumbing work.

They did a very thorough job. They weren?t necessarily the cheapest, but they did very good work. They showed up exactly when they were supposed to. They gave me the quotes ahead of time, and it was exactly what they said it was going to be. They basically did everything they said they were going to do, so I was pretty happy with them.

I called to get an estimate and was provided with a clear explanation of their charges. The plumber showed up as scheduled and completed the job in a professional and friendly manner.

The plumber called ahead. Came over. Fixed item. Left within an hour. Nicely done.

The project went perfectly from start to finish.

We called Randy Lane and Sons and Mary gave us estimate to install all of the facuets, toilet and repair the two leaks.We called back to go ahead and do the work after we bought all of the faucets, shower head and toilet. We were scheduled within two days. They were very helpful in suggesting which manufacture to use. Plumbers were there on time. John and Travis were great and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves and explained what to do for the cap on the kitchen sink. I would use them again and recommend their services to others.

Our tile contractor noticed a leak in our shower faucet & suggested we have a plumber come out before finishing the project. Time was of the essence. Mary answered the phone, and while initially she wasn't sure a plumber could come the same day, she was able to arrange a visit within 30 minutes! She thoroughly explained the hourly fees before ending the call. Jon was fast, efficient, friendly & did a good job explaining what he did - and what to do if we had further issues. Excellent!

Contacting them on a Sunday and received a call back to setup a time. They had another emergency call Monday morning and missed their estimated window to arrive at my home (10-12). I got a call for the technician to arrive at 1:00pm. By then, I had already rescheduled to the next day. On Tuesday, technician arrived at 8:00am on time. Unclog the toilet and installed the garbage disposer in 45 min.

It went great from the first call to Randy Lane & Sons. I told the person who answered that we had a stain in the ceiling right below our main bath and she immediately recommended having the toilet reseated. That is exactly what needed to be done! They offered to have a plumber here the next day but that wasn't convenient for us; one was available when we were. Donny was here on time; he explained what he was doing and made a couple recommendations, which were a benefit to us. He cleaned things thoroughly as he went and cleaned up after himself.

Al is very polite and the work was done very neatly and efficiently. He was able to accurately estimate how much time he would need to do the work and his estimate was accurate. I had no qualms about leaving him alone in my house to complete the work. This is the second time he has done plumbing work in my house (just by coincidence) and he would be the first person I would request for any future plumbing work I need done. I also had to reschedule a couple of times (because I had ordered the new parts online and there was a little delay.) Each time, the office was very polite and was able to tell me right away when Al would be available to return to do the work. With all the plumbing choices out there, it's nice to have one that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and neighbors.

They are thoughtful, very efficient and professional. They come on time and if they are not able to make it on time, they inform me about it. I have used them many times and they have fixed all the problems that I called them for. They have experienced plumber and do a wonderful job. The price has always been very reasonable and I am very happy with their quality of service.

They came to the door and asked if they should remove their shoes. I showed them the two bathrooms and explained that one had loosened up that they had done before. They reset both toilets and charged a reasonable rate because they had to return. They were friendly and polite. I was extremely pleased with their promptness and desire to do good work. I would definitely use them again.

Went as well as could be expected. I had water pouring into my basement, it resembled the Titanic and I was frantic.

Arrived on time but and was very helpful. Price was just a little too steep.

John took a look at what needed to be done and explained what he was fixing as he went. When he didn't have a specific part in his truck, he gave me the option to go and pickup a part from a plumbing supply store to help keep the cost down. I thought the company was very reasonable in terms of price for the work that was completed compared to my past experiences!

During the estimate ($550-$650) they told us if we cleared the bathe ourselves it would save some money. So we had the space prepped when they arrived. Al got the lead pipe out in record time. My husband and I ran out during the replacement and picked up a new toilet so he wouldn't put the old nasty one back and he gave us some recommendations on which ones to look at. He seemed almost as excited as we were about the new toilet. He was very courteous and cleaned up after himself. He took a little extra time to ensure the toilet was level and even caulked it once it was installed.

Came back following morning and installed the shower kits/hardware in both the bathroom being remodeled as well as an existing bathroom. John was prompt, courteous and helpful with suggestions. Will be remodeling 3rd bathroom next month and will definitely use again.

Called and gave information, was told I would be followed up with. Company never called back. Called company a few days later, re-provided information, was not called back again. Gave up.

Randy Lane & Sons did first-rate work. In addition, they were able to get hard-to-find materials on very short notice. They were very flexible about scheduling, and always finished according to schedule.

When I called to make the appointment, the person taking the call was very friendly. The only problem I had was that I was told that we would be the plumbers second call and he would be at my house between 8:30 and 12:00 but, he didn't show up until 1:30. It worked out OK because my brother was home but if he wouldn't have been there I would have had to miss a whole day of work. I'm happy with the work he did.

They contacted the tenant to set up time to come, fixed the problem and charged less than I feared ($10 coupon was used). Sent the bill to my home address.

The people from Randy Lane and Sons Plumbing were cool. I had them come out about six years ago. I did not have any problems with this company.

They are very responsive and efficient. They have a lot of crewmembers and they are always here right away when I need them.

Came out late Sunday did emergency repair, returned early Monday to get the final repair done and get the water back on. on time, efficient and friendly with my daughter's condo
