People at the store were very helpful and helped me pick the best one for my business. Installers were great, was ready in about 2 hours and made sure it was where I wanted it.

They were excellent. This company came out and measured its size and where to put the playground. They set up and installed the playground. They install it or I could have hired my own installers.

Our visit to the showroom was on a very busy weekend day during their spring sale. We worked with Kevin, and decided to price around before purchasing anything. When I went back to buy only the swings, I was referred back to Kevin because he helped us the first time. When I told him we only wanted the swings and not the entire play set, he got very short with me. I am not kidding when I say that he brought the swings out and DROPPED them on the floor next to me. I had to corral my toddler while carrying these two heavy swings to my car. After I have my toddler in the car, Kevin comes up and asks if he can help me with the swings, as I'm already putting them in my trunk. I would work with someone other than Kevin.

We purchased a club house cottage play system. The deal included installation. The day the installation was scheduled it was raining. They called to see if we could reschedule. If I insisted they would have done it that day, but we rescheduled for two days later. They were prompt. It took two guys about 4 hours to install. They asked where we wanted it. Took care to make sure it was level. I don't recommend installing one of these yourself. Leave it to the pros. The system is great. Very satisfied with the whole experience. I'm not sure Rainbow is the best price, but I figured if I went with them I could sell it when my kids grow out of it because everyone knows the Rainbow brand.

Very labor intensive, they need customer service improvement in a big way given how much they charge! We called and got a brochure, they seemed to want us to work with the sales person who'd sent us that brochure, but he was not available when we wanted to make the purchase. The sales person who was working told us he'd get the other guy to call us back the next day, he didn't. We called again, were told that we could call back again to get a delivery date. Never provided any window during the day for delivery, were missing parts of our system and had faulty installation, incredibly crooked second level that the next guy who came to fix it was stunned by. No care instructions, had to already get a beam replaced that was cracked and had to go through many people to get the whole thing finalized, we counted 16 phone calls from start to finish. The kids love the play system, but their customer service was lousy given what we paid.

The installer, Donny, was on time and very courteous.

I HAD SCHEDULED THE DELIVERY FOR THE DAY BEFORE THE PARTY, AND THOUGH THEY RAN LATE BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER, IT WAS DELIVERED THAT DAY. A COUPLE OF PIECES WERE MISSING. I WENT BACK TO THE SHOWROOM TO PICKUP, THOUGH THEY DO RE-DELIVER. THE GUY DELIVERING WAS QUITE COMPETENT, AND THE ERRORS I ATTRIBUTE THE NON-STANDARD MODS I MADE TO THE BASE MODEL. THE SET ITSELF WAS $2900. YOU CAN CERTAINLY CONSTRUCT A CHEAPER PLAYSET, BUT THE MODULARITY AND SOLID CONSTRUCTION ARE HARD TO BEAT. VERY IMPRESSIVE. (I'VE BEEN LUSTING AFTER A SET SINCE BEFORE I HAD CHILDREN.) THE SALES GUYS KNOW THEIR PRODUCT AND HOW CHILDREN PLAY. JIM HADAC HAD A COUPLE OF GOOD SUGGESTIONS THAT WERE CONFIRMED BY THE OLDEST. I'M COUNTING ON THEIR LIFETIME GUARANTEE TO SEE THE PLAY SET THROUGH TO THE GRANDKIDS (IF ANY).
