Derek did a good job. It took a little while to get all the work done. After the 3 layers of shingles were tore off. The city of Roseville Inspection dept. Required that the wood roof had to large of spaces between each board. Said had to me redone with 4 x 8 sheets of ply wood. Derek delt with Insurance Co. and all went well. Job took a little longer than I thought. But I was happy with the result.
Description of Work: Repaired storm damage. New Roof and some hail damage to metal window wrap and screens.

The only time Ryan was on time and responsive was when it was time to get paid. He minimized any feedback about quality of his crew's work. He dragged our roof replacement out over 3 months. He did deal effectively with our insurance company but that again had to do with getting paid. I would not recommend.

I ALWAYS RESPOND TO ALL CALLS and AM NOT LATE unless traffic prohibits me from being there on time or another appointment runs long. In which case I would call and make a customer aware of the situation. I plan appointments an hour apart to avoid scheduling issues. The claims adjuster on this particular project happened to change several times. So yes, it took a bit longer than usual before we could finish negotiations with the insurance carrier. The insured had the claims adjuster out on 9/2/11. After labor day is our busiest time of the year because summer is over and folks are looking to get their work completed before winter. I was unaware this bogus review was on Angie's List and am just now looking at the job file to see when work was completed. I see we completed this roof on 10/13/11. Only a little over a month after the insurance was out that is not unusual or a long period of time at all. The contract was signed 9/8/11. We completed the window wrap work and gutters shortly thereafter. In fact we were very patient about payment as well. Julie's partner was overly critical of our work at 1st and then after I went around the home and discussed things with her she agreed it was a good job. She wondered if we could go up and file the edges down on the fascia. When you cut metal there is going to be an edge and yes it will most likely be sharp. Filing it down and removing factory paint off the aluminum doesn't sound like a good idea. I let things be after our meeting and we didn't even invoice them until after the holidays and by that I mean New Year's/Christmas. We realize money can be tight for folks that time of year. Our invoice was dated Jan 10, 2012. So no need to beat a dead horse further here but we completed the job within 6 weeks which is good considering the busy season and multiple claims adjusters, didn't ask for final payment until about 2+ months after the job was done because we didn't want to seem pushy after the "concerns", and the workmanship was what we always put out ... TOP Notch. Give us a try and I promise you will not be disappointed I stand behind our work 100% and our reps are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and punctual.
