R & T Cement

Hugo was one of four estimates I received and was $3,000 + less than another co. and $1,000 less than two others. I asked him to return for a follow up conversation so I could verify he was going to do exactly what the others said they would do. When he explained in greater detail I hired him immediately. He worked my job in 3 weeks earlier than he expected. Workers arrived at 7:00 a.m. over the course of 3 days to complete the projects among rain. I was impressed with the quality of the work, Hugo's friendliness, and the fair price. I had the back sidewalk poured about 9 years ago by another company but it was lower than the yard so we had a pool every spring and an ice-skating rink every winter as the water pooled on top of the sidewalk. R & T remedied that problem perfectly. I couldn't be happier.

Never heard from the company after more than two weeks.

The work was scheduled last fall, but cold weather delayed it until this spring. Hugo was great to deal with. Communication was always good. The workers were thorough and congenial. The quality of the finished product was excellent. The bid price was equal to the actual price.

Excellent experience working with this local company. The owner, Hugo, battled wasps and a grouchy neighbor with grace and aplomb. The work was completed efficiently with minimal disruption to us. The bid was a little higher than some others but we went with someone from our neighborhood and could not have happier with the process or the results.

Rand amp;T done excellent job install the new walkway from the front of my house to the to the sidewalk. I was very please with the work they did.

This is the best experience we've ever had in hiring someone to do a job. From the very start, they were honest and dug right in and dig very high quality work. They treated our front steps as if it was their own! They had such pride in their work and even covered the steps with a blanket to protect them from the cold. In removing the old steps they had to bring in extra equipment as it was reinforced with rebar and was actually 2 steps cemented together! The finished product is so level and smooth and curves to meet the old sidewalk. Just a wonderful experience all around! We're so happy with the steps and would recommend these guys to anyone and definitely use them for anything related to cement!

I chose them for an estimate because they were on a home repair show. They gave me an estimate for what I wanted.

Called them after sewer problem tore up sidewalk. They had the best price and were interested in doing this relatively small job. They got all of the permits and inspections done to complete the project. They cleanup up after themselves. Over all it was a positive experience and I would probably hire them again for other cement work.
