R & M REPAIR

He came on time and manually defrosted the refrigerator, but apparently removed the defrost thermostat. I called Center Point Home Service but they did not suspect that a vital part was missing so could not repair the unit. I diagnosed the problem and eventually found the defective part and replaced the missing part at my expense.

We moved into our house 9 months ago and it came with a home warranty. We had to use R&M Repair per the warranty's instructions. Right away when I called, Mike, was extremely rude. I would have gladly hung up and called any other company but I had to go through this company since they have a contract with the home warranty program. Once he came to the house he was better, however, he didn't hook up the ice machine. When I called two days later to tell him it wasn't hooked up not only was he even ruder than before but he accused me of breaking it. I was so angry I was shaking!! He came over an hour later and fixed the ice machine. He even apologized for being rude. However, he may have done that because I called the homeowners warranty service to complain about the company. I said no one should be forced to use a company with such a rude employee. That is seriously the worst service I have ever received over the phone.
