Rude and unprofessional. They blew leaves over our neighbor's fence and onto our yard, which we'd already raked. We went out and asked them to be more careful unless they'd like to come do the strip on our side of the fence where they were blowing the leaves over. They denied doing it at all, even though our entire family of 4 watched them do it. I took pictures of both sides of our yard for comparison. They did come on our side and blow leaves away from our yard for about 10 feet of the fencing (which is what they should have done from the beginning), but then they stopped, and continued doing the same shoddy work the rest of the way to the sidewalk. They never remedied the mess made before we talked to them either. After they left, I called the number listed on their website, and it lead to one of the workmen that had performed the job. He didn't express any level of interest at all in speaking with me, refused to return and make things right, and acted defensive and curt.
