It was great! There were no problems. The man that came out was very helpful.

I liked him very much. He had given me a different price and then I told him about a lower price that another company had given me, which he then matched. He gave me a guarantee, for around 6 months. I was very impressed. He came out promptly and knew what he was doing. I informed him that I had 2 nests but we couldn't find one of them. He really, really looked for it but still couldn't find it. He told me that when I found it to call him back and he would come out at no charge. It turns out the person that takes care of my lawn already had gotten rid of the nest and that's why he couldn't find it.

It was a one time deal and I was pleased with it. I would hire them again, if I had need to.

So far I'm happy, but time will tell. It was a bat issue and they have a 5 year warranty that the bats will not return but like I said, time will tell.

They are very professional. They always call before they come out. I've had no issues with them and more importantly, no mice. The approximate cost listed is what we pay per quarter.

Rick has been in this community his entire life and knew the previous owners. He was extremely responsive, coming to our house the same day the first time I called him, and the day after I called him to take care of the hornets' nest. He knows his bugs. He is unintrusive and very thorough. He explains what he's doing and how he doing it. He goes everywhere -- every crawl space, every nook and every cranny.

Did a fine job. Clean, no mess. Would certainly use again.

I had flies in my house. Richard told me it was probably from something dead in my house. He found the dead mice in my ceiling, removed the mice, sprayed the flies, found the hole where the mice were getting in, and then plugged the hole. He did all of his work after his ordinary work hours to accommodate my schedule. Truly great service!

Phone response immediate. The bat was clinging to the ceiling 2 stories up. He had to be tapped, moved, found and removed. All of this took 10 minutes tops. The bat was removed alive. Fast, successful, professional experience.

When I called, I spoke directly with Richard Standish and he was able to come to my house in a couple of hours. He was a bit late, however that was made up by his professional manner and very keen understanding of insects. I really appreciate someone who knows what they're talking about because it's awful when a person shows up with almost no understanding of your problem. Needless to say, job well done!

They came and took care of the problem. I never had any such problem after that. He also makes sure to call to inform if he is not able to come. I have used them many times and he had done great work for me. He guarantees his work and I totally trust him.

Richard was a little late (called after 15 min to say he was on the way). He was polite and knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, then got right to work. It took a couple of hours, didn't smell much, and he didn't leave any mess. He was careful around the masses of belongings piled up in our basement.

I called Rick on a Wednesday afternoon and we agreed to meet on Thursday afternoon. Rick was a few minutes late, but rang beforehand to say he would be. He was clean, tidy and thorough, spraying areas outside the affected area to make sure he covered all possible bases.

We had squirrels in our roof and the service performed to remove them was very professional and humane. Over the course of several days the animals were trapped in live traps and once they had all exited the structure, the area was sealed. We were very happy with the work and would definitely recommend this company.

Professional Pest Control came out when I was at work, and they mailed me a bill. I think they did a fine job. They had fair pricing. They did good quality work, and it helped a lot. I would use them again. I haven't had any bug problems since.

He actually caught a mouse in his hands while he was here. We did it about a year ago and we haven't had any mice since.

Rick came out and checked our house when we found mice again. He has been great about coming out when they keep getting in. He did a thorough check of the perimeter of the house and we hope we found the latest point of entry.

Rick gave me an estimate for the work over the phone. When he came to do the work he admitted that he had under estimated the cost. However, he still honored the original quote.

He came over the day after we called, and he was very professional and really seemed to know what he was doing. He wasn't the cheapest exterminator to bid, but he was the only one who said that he'd get in the cracks to the ant's nest (rather than just spraying around the inside and outside), he also had a longer guarantee (18 months). He answered all of our questions and we'd definitely call him again.

His standard method is to prevent any mice from coming in, rather than killing what mice are in the house. We had a unique situation that called for unique measures. He was neat and cleaned up any mess. He has a discrete vehicle that does not announce to your neighbors what service you are using. He did give a 2 year guarantee against any mice, but it is too premature to say how effective his method has been. I will update this information later.

The service worked at the time, but we did have to call them back within the two years. The owner came out and seemed to know what he was doing and he located where the mice were coming in. The service that they did give was good and worked for some years, but we'll have to call them again. It's been awhile.

I first called Rick on a Saturday and he answered immediately which was great. He was at our house two days later for the estimate, started the work that day and finished the next day. He was polite, informative and professional. We would definitely use him again.

The ants have not returned. He was prompt to respond to call back for an estimate. I did think it was somewhat expensive for the amount of time he was here, but he did get the job done.

Mr. Standish called me back on the same day I left him a message. He was able to give me an estimate and one year guarantee on his work. He completed the work later the same week. He explained exactly what the problem was and how he intended to eliminate it. He answered my questions about the possible toxicity of the liquid he was spraying in my house (it is not harmful to kids or pets). He also sprayed and caulked a crack in the house foundation that was the entry point for the ants into the house. All in all, Richard Standish was very professional and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone needing insect control in the house.
