they serviced a customer I sent to them....I am a member of theirs....I sent them customers and they sell the customer whatever their flooring needs are, offering me a commission based on the discount I am willing to offer my customer. I just give the customer my price with the opportunity to do the installations.

Within a couple of months, I began to notice that there were runs were the loops had come out, leaving a space in the shape of a straight line. More and more began to appear, most especially in one particular area. I contacted ProSource who sent an inspector to view the carpet. That was almost a joke. The inspector asked questions, looked at a piece of carpet away from the problem area, asked to see my vacuum but pointed out no problems with the vacuum. She insisted on remaining an entire hour even though I had an appointment and talked about her sisters dogs and my hardwood floor which she said I couldn't match in such an old house. We did. Her report determined that it was my vacuum that was at fault. I had it tested; nothing is wrong with it. Further the brand is one of the major recommended brands on the carpet institute site. I took a piece of carpet out to have further testing done (but not the part with the defects) . It was clear from comments that ProSource generally uses this inspector who obviously showed a great loyalty to them, a major client. I was to hear about the testing in two-three weeks and had to ask several times where the report was. This morning I asked again and got a and quot;not our problemand quot; answer from the company. So now I have defective carpeting with no reason. Our other Berber is in a high traffic area and has been down for five years with no problems so I don't think it's our usage. I would never purchase anything from a company that does not stand behind their product. Instead of trying to find the source of the problem, they tried to absolve themself of responsibility.

Sue helped us select carpet. She was quickly able to narrow down the choices based on what we wanted and we were out the door with samples. She was very helpful with decided on color and finding two carpet styles and colors that would look good together. There was an initial problem with production of the carpet, but in the end the delay was only a week or so. At this point, we are very happy with our new carpet.

Ww were referred to this supplier by our carpet installer subcontractor. This supplier's rep was profesional. courteous and knowledgable as well as quite helpful.

They did it really fast. We were having trouble getting another guy to install it and then these guys bailed us out and installed it right away for us. We were very happy. We would use them again in the future.
