+ 4 morePrima Construction was on time, on budget, super responsive and gave us a great modern design in our bathroom and master bedroom. Kim worked closely with us to stay on budget and find the quality materials we wanted. She gave us weekly reports on progress and followed up with us to make sure the renovation was just what we wanted. She started the project by telling us her main goal was to make us happy and we are!

+ 3 moreThis could not have gone better. I had two other quotes and both were kind of sketchy. Neither were licensed contractors and would have invalidated my homeowners insurance. Kim helped me figure out how to cut down some of the unnecessary work and even went to Ikea with me to select some awesome cabinets that fit the design perfectly and look way more expensive than they were. The project took about 2 months but Kim worked with me to make sure her staff left the kitchen as usable as possible (fridge, stove, etc) during that time. I love my kitchen. I'm saving to do the bathroom next and will use Kim again.
Description of Work: Remodeled my kitchen under budget and for half of the two other quotes.
