They were efficient and on time. I appreciated the fact that they helped me move furniture and were respectful of my things. The painting job was done in a time frame that was convenient for me. They both did an excellent job with the prep work as well. No paint spatters or mess. They were careful to protect my carpeting. Also, when they were at work, they WORKED! They took a lunch break but otherwise they worked the entire time they were here. I also liked that they didn't blast their music as they worked. It was a calm environment. Both Caleb and Dan were polite and courteous. I would work with them again in a heartbeat!

Premium Painting quoted the job but underestimated the state of our old windows. They removed the permanent storm windows first, then scraped and sanded and caulked for 2-3 weeks to do it right. They took great care to tape off the interior when the windows were open so that lead dust would not come inside. (the bulk of this work was done while we were on vacation and they accommodated our schedule). Then they primed the windows with a formulation that would seal the lead paint – a very thorough preparation. They also took care not to get paint on our newly shingled roof. They painted the stucco with a heavy formula that "locked on" to the texture and was completed in less than a day. The trim work was done by hand in a few days. Though Premium Painting underestimated the repair and prep needed on our windows they were always professional and kept us apprised of the schedule and situation. Punctual, reliable and neat. They even helped us wash the outside windows before replacing the permanent storms and drilling them back in. We look forward to using them again when the need arises!

I bought a house just over a year ago and had all the interior walls turned down and redone. All of the structure inside was different and it was new drywall. They primed it and painted the whole thing and the ceilings inside. Caleb Kopp is the owner of the company. I am very pleased with them. I have used them on my old house and now on my new house. It has been a really good experience overall. They are prompt, clean and thorough, and quote a good price. Everything is good. Because I?ve had multiple experiences with them, I know it is not just a fluke or whatever; they do pretty good work. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

In both instances, Caleb was very punctual from start to finish, and communicated all needed details for me to be comfortable with his work. He provided me with an estimate both times, which he stuck to very well; informed me when he would be onsite and what to expect; did a very nice job in all efforts to make the house look great and also left it very clean; and wrapped up with a detailed bill, all the while being very pleasant to work with and accommodating.

Caleb returned my call quickly and was able to come by and estimate the job at my schedule. He provided a timely estimate by email and a set of references. When our budget did not allow us to do as much as we had asked to estimate he was very flexible and willing to do a smaller scope of work. He helped choose colors, applied samples, purchased all materials and coordinated with the flooring person's schedule. He and his co-worker got the job done very efficiently in a couple of days. When we made a mess of our kitchen walls pulling out cabinets he was able to skim coat, sand, prime and paint those areas for us too. Premium painting did a great job putting light paint over dark, were very professional and flexible. Wish I could have hired him to do more work and will turn to him again in the future.
